Taco Bell

So, it’s over 100 degrees outside and the Freeze machine doesn’t work, again! This is the 5^th time I’ve come here and the machine doesn’t work. This is the only Taco Bell in the area! Seriously, get it together already. Between them and nasty ass McDonald’s next door I need North Pomona to get it all the way together!

Me and girlfriend was looking for some late night munchies. We went through the drive thru at midnight and it was cracking about 5 cars in line with us. The drive thru girl was chill and very nice. Gave it four stars since it took a while to get our food. Food was decent.

Filthy disgusting place. Use the drive thru, you’ll feel better. Employees weren’t too helpful either. They should get off their lazy rears and pick up cleaning supplies. The dining room had dirty tables and disgusting floors. The restrooms were awful. New management may be needed here.

I’ve never really had any problems with my food here. Also never had an any problems with the employees. What I always have a problem with is the damn temperature, they ALWAYS have the AC blasting. You ask them to turn it off & they say yes but they DON’T. on several occasions we’ve had to eat outside. Today I had to ask TWICE before they turned it off, and I was not the only one complaining as I heard other customers complaining. Please keep your customers happy & keep the temperature at a decent grade.

This location has the worst drive thru service. When you have a 30 minute lunch and your sitting in the drive thru for 20 minutes, doesn’t work for me!

Stopped in here for a evening meal with my two young ones 4 and 5yrs old. We had a very peasant visit, good food and the general manager was very kind to my kids! Thank you so much.

This place takes FOREVER! Every fragging time. You think they’d get the point after the previous comments. If you want «fast food» don’t come here.
I change my mind. It went from a 2 stars to 1! There’s NO ONE in line today and still…“please hold on”. Really? The worst drive through EVER!!!

I love tacobell! I worked at one for over 3 years, but I must say I was so disappointed with that new breakfast taco. It was so gross! I will never try that again lol I will stick to my chalupas and mexican pizzas! The customer service at this location was pretty great though!

I came in here woth my friends and had a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE the drive thru worker was beig weird and kept pausing while taking our order my friends and i were ordering and she would get mad bc we were laughing but not making fun of her. RUDE. probably will throw out this food bc im scared she didnt make it properly

I love taco bell and this location very rarely will mess up my order. Very clean and their serving time is pretty quick considering there’s usually an average of only 3 employees.

Either they need a new employee working the drive thru or they need a better system that has improved voice recognition because she could not hear a word we were saying when we tried to order.
We asked for the nachos bell grande and asked for no beans and she spits out saying «wait what no meat?» Why would I get the bell grande if I didn’t want meat? I would’ve just gotten the regular nachos. After that, she apologized and finished up the order correctly and confirmed our order so it was a good follow up.
The plus side: she gave us a lot of taco sauce so I added an extra star!
Anyway, it’s just a fast food joint so you get the food and you’re off. The reason we came is for the food anyway!

I don’t always eat Taco Bell because I am not fond of it but when i do i come to this location the staff here is great I know how it is, it gets very busy but yet I still got my order in a timely manner. The manager of this location is great shes understanding and has a great attitude, the one on indianhill pomona is a different story screw that place…

I’ve been coming here for years whenever I hang out with my best friend… we usually get our food and sit in her car in their parking lot. I also come with my kids ever so often. They seem to enjoy the food here. My youngest is a picky eater, so it’s nice my entire family can find something they want to eat.
It gets busy after school. Don’t expect to get a quick bite around that time. They happen to be right next door to a McDonald’s restaurant, kids hog up both restaurants.
This place is relatively clean, both inside and outside. Parking is tight in the front but there’s more going to the back.
My food was neatly wrapped and clearly labeled with the wrapper. Drinks were given to me right away, I didn’t have to ask for it like I do at other restaurants.
The cashier was patient while I ordered. The person who called out orders was nice too. It’s relatively quiet behind their counter, its nice to NOT hear employee drama for a change. Other places I can hear gossip or employees flirting, but not here. That I appreciate.
I’m planning to take the kids back here another day.

I would like to know what animal the «ground beef» comes from. Maybe a Chupacabra ?
And they must have spent years developing the beans in a laboratory in China.

It’s always cold in this Taco Bell! I don’t know if they do that on purpose or what. I came on a Thursday night with my sister. It was raining outside and we came in and it felt like it was 50 degrees inside the store! I couldn’t eat my food inside cause it was just way to cold, it was even warmer outside!!. So we ended up eating in the car. That’s my only complaint. Their food is pretty good. But just change the temperature in there so you’ll have customers stay and eat!

This Taco Bell is disgusting! Have me and my friend poisoning two separate times! I will never eat Taco Bell again because this Taco Bell

Went here after a long day at work to pick up some grub.
Ordered a bunch of cooler ranch tacos from a snotty, blunt girl on the intercom (didn’t think much of it at the time)
Received food from said snotty girl, drove home, sat down to eat to find that the tacos were the wrong flavor.
Drove back to the restaurant and asked for the correct flavor; nothing was said, she grabbed the wrong tacos, replaced them, handed me the new ones, and slid the window shut.
I felt cheated out of some of the relaxing part of my night, because snotty girl and her crew of Taco Bellians couldn’t get my single-​item order right, even though the receipt was correct.
Wanted to complain to corporate, but I don’t have the branch number (she took the receipt with the wrong order)
A tad upset; I’ll never return. I’ve had a couple bad run-​ins with this branch, and I’d rather drive farther to give my money to someone else.

Honestly I’m just reviewing this because I’m bored and because I used to eat here a lot growing up. I always liked their steak chalupas and and beefy crunchy burritos with the Hot Fritos embedded nicely in the burrito. Back then I used to get their grilled stuffed burrito (steak all day); I wonder if it still tastes the same. Yeah, really don’t go here anymore.

The ads for the new food is NOTHING like what you get. IT really is irritating for honest advertising. Oh, did I say those two words together… LOL…No wonder… The ads get you in and then its the basi and switch. The new nacho cheese burrito has very little cheese and you could not tell what it was compared to the ads. The nacho tacos do not taste like dorito’s, however the shell is tasty. This store as others have mentioned is met with lousy service, everything missing condiment wise and a pretty messy table setting overall. I agree, the one in San Dimas is much cleaner and better. This owner neds a wake up call.

Just to put it in perspective, I’m reviewing this particular branch, not TB as a chain.
Consistently crappy customer service, of which I’ve had to deal with:
1. Taking 5+ minutes for a 1 – 2 item order
2. Lack of sauce
3. Inability to substitute items (they don’t even adhere to their own Fresco policy) without trying to charge you extra
4. Poor food quality (compared to other TB branches)
and the reason I’m even bothering posting this…
5. A 1 ½ inch chicken bone in my flatbread sandwhich!
I guess I should at least be happy that it’s legit chicken, but that’s freaking disgusting as well as a health hazard.
