Good gravy! I just almost had a conniption when I read the other review that said you get a drop off receipt without asking. I dropped off my Comcast equipment in the prepaid box with shipping label. I asked for a receipt saying that I dropped it off. The lady says «Wellllll, we don’t normally do that». Excuse me? WTH?! She did give me one after some moaning. Come to find out later Comcast never received the equipment and the receipt she gave me was just a store receipt and was useless. Yes Comcast charged me for the equipment. I’ve had a similar experience here before but can’t remember the details although I remember it not being a pleasant one. If you want to ship something and there is an off chance you want it to get there, a UPS Store is in Placerville.

Cathy provide exceptional service. She steered me towards the cheapest shipping option that would meet my needs. She even trimmed down the box so I would be charged less. I’ve never had this kind of service in the SF bay area. And to top it off she gave me a little gift box as I was leaving!

I like this place. Everything about it says that they care about their customers. From the no ink thumb prints they use for notary, to always giving you a drop off receipt (even for prepaid packages) without you having to ask.
No wonder the other shipping place in town went under.
