My wife and I waited ten minutes to be seated restaurant was maybe 75% full, young man at the desk pointing his finger in people’s faces to identify them and get names was particularly annoying. Once seated waited for about 15 minutes and still were not served. Walked out and went to Denny’s were seated promptly and had coffee on the table and order placed by friendly waitress within minutes. IHOP needs to get their act together at this location or they are going to loose customers.

waited for 5 solid minutes to be sat in an almost empty restaurant, finally got seated, never got offered coffee or water, as i looked around at the other 5 tables i noticed only 1 of them had food, only saw 1 waitress waiting tables, after 10 minutes of waiting to even get something to drink, we finally just walked out and went to Denny’s…service was outstanding… i will not be going back to ihop, from now on its Elmers or Dennys.

My wife and I ordered shortly after 6pm on a Saturday night, and weren’t served until 7pm. My wife was served 2 eggs on a small plate, instead of her cob salad. My pancakes were only slightly warm – the butter on top of the pancakes wouldn’t even melt. My over-easy eggs were over cooked and had a crusty surface. Oh, did I mention the large milk that I ordered with my meal? When the food was served, I reminder the waitress about my milk, and was told that she would be right back with it. When I was over ½ finished, the waitress told us that they had run out of milk, and that someone was sent to the grocery store to buy some more milk. It arrived to me AFTER my meal was finished. The waitress talked down to me, and acted that she was doing me a favor by not charging me for the milk. Needless to say, it was not a pleasant experience.

If I could give this place no stars, I would! Awful service. Not very good food!!! I do not recommend anyone going to this IHOP!!!

It’s an IHOP and the quality transcends. The food tastes the same here as it does at the IHOP locations in L.A. I’m not complaing at all but it’s a familiar joint and it is what it is. I had the fried chicken and waffles and I tore that up. I also had a side of hash browns, which I doused with tabasco sauce, because tabasco sauce rocks. Service was great and the food was fine.

Waited over an hour for our food. Tried to find our waitress but apparently she left. Another waitress told us that it would only take a few more minutes. It took closer to twenty. It was so slow that somebody should have noticed is just sitting there. Similar things have happened at this establishment in the past. Maybe this place is better during the day but avoid it at night.

I live in Omaha and was in town for a funeral. I thought I would take my family to IHOP. They had a deal kids eat free one with every adult purchase. Our waiter was friendly but the wrong items kept getting sent to our table. The food was OK at best. I Ordered the country fried chicken. It was large but not very tasty and it was greasy. I think if your going to go to IHOP stick with the pan cakes.

My wife and I have made it a tradition to come to IHOP early in the morning before we begin our 12 – 14 hour drive back home to the California Bay Area. We’ve had the same experience every time. Quick service, friendly waitresses, fresh coffee and orange juice. It’s a nice location just off the freeway. Have never had a bad experience, and intend to keep our tradition going. Thanks IHOP!
