Denny’s

Well… it’s Dennys, national chain with standardized recipes and menus.
That being said you would think that the description on the menu would match what is brought on your plate… sadly this is not the case. The begin the coffee is older than last year’s bad holiday sweater and the sandwich you think you ordered will arrive minus a few ingredients. If you ask them about it the cook and the manager will say. It’s mixed in… really…so the very nice wait staff does try to accomodate, but bringing me the missing ingredients in a bowl really doesn’t help. Would you like to mix this at the table? Come on Dennys, let’s see some consistency?

walked in, immediately got seated, got our drinks fast, order was taken within 5 minutes, food was very good, restaurant is very nice and clean… the staff were great, nice, courteous, very well managed… we will be back for sure!

We love this place. The service is great. The atmosphere is comfortable. The breakfast food which we have is yummy & we are happy with the price as well.

I really want to like this place. The atmosphere is nice. The servers seem friendly enough. The food is a mixed bag. Some is good, some is ok. Our first time we had major service issues. Our appetizers came after our entrée and only because I asked why they never came. They were served cold and we were billed for them. The manager did everything right to help fix the situation.
Well with a coupon for two free entrees we decided to try it again on Labor Day. It’s busy. We waited 15 minutes for our waiter to come by to great it’s ascend take our drink order. At that point we already new what we wanted. Service was ok.
Basically the food is only ok and the service is mediocre at best. Go to IHOP instead.

Came in for breakfast with my husband, he got wheat all you can eat pancakes. I got a cheeseburger quesadilla and a build your own chicken wrap I got grilled chicken with a chipotle sauce I ate the first one and it was yummy, but when I bit into the second it tasted off I looked at the wrap and the chicken looked raw in the center and I showed my husband and he even thought it was raw. I hailed down our waiter and I showed it to him and said just have it refired but he shook his head, apoligized and said he would just take it off the bill so I said ok.
I ate my cheeseburger quesadilla and it was delicious! I also got hot chocolate so I could warm up. My husband let me know when we got to our motel that his pancakes were crispy around the edges, but raw in the center I am taking one star away because the cook FAILS she needs to turn her burner down and make sure thinks are cooked through properly there is a serious hazard with raw chicken and she isn’t following food safety.
Our waiter was AWESOME! We gave him a good tip for good service, and for making things right and also having a serious talk with the cook about sending stuff out that was still raw.

Suck food and suck service. Waitresses r joking playing with regular costumes all the time skipping new customers.

Very satisfied eating at this restaurant.

It was Sunday — Seems like everything in Pocatello is closed — But Denny’s was open, hopping and the staff was so polite and attentive. The breakfast was prompt, cooked perfectly, and served promptly! and inexpensive! Enjoy, I did. But is is just the standard Dennys!
