I’ve been coming here for about 3 years. New location is great, however the management team that operates a number of locations is destroying moral. All I’ve heard for the last 3 months is the hairdressers complaining about management and a location in Pembroke. I came in for a haircut, a smile, a have a nice day, not to hear someone else’s crap. If it doesn’t improve their are plenty of other places I will be trying. Please fix it without threatening your team. Wait times have increased as they now work in different locations.

Went in with my son to get our hair cut. Waited for 20 minutes and someone the hairdresser knew walked in looking for a hair cut. She toke them ahead of me after we had been waiting there first. Very unprofessional, we will not be back!

I like calling ahead to reserve a slot on busy days. For guys it’s quick and not expensive but the quality if the cut varies wildly depending on the day. Best tip is to find someone you like and go on their shift. Have had a few shaky cuts when someone rushed but most have been good. Clean and convenient.

I’ve been coming here for years now. I used to live on the South Shore, but now Boston. Whenever I’m around my hometown, I swing by here for a haircut.
Everyone I’ve had throughout the years has does a great job. I get a 3 on top and 5-​Zero on the sides. It takes a lot of time to blend it all in. If I have a person where this cut/​fade isn’t their specialty, they’ll ask another cutter for some help, which is great! You can’t be afraid to ask for help if you need it. I’d rather they do that than mess it up. Everyone here is friendly and professional. I love this place, I definitely recommend.
I’ve also been to the Supercuts in Pembroke and Kingston and this one reigns supreme.

Came in around 6 PM on a weekday. Was hoping to just get a regular men’s hair cut. I realize this isn’t the most fitting place to ask for a regular, but I work 8 – 6 M-​F, I was about to travel for work, and I couldn’t go to my normal barber.
But they’re professionals, right? They should be able to give me the simplest haircut out there.
I saw a janitor cleaning up. I sat down and I prayed I would get someone decent. I waited five minutes – only one other person was in there receiving a haircut.
I hear my name, and the hostess (sp) gives me the person I thought was the janitor!
This guy virtually molested my head while he cut my hair. I have never received a haircut where the barber needed to touch my head with his palms. And to top it off, he wreaked of cigarettes. What a piece of crap job this guy did.
So we finish, and I head to the register… $ 15… Borderline criminal.
Never going back.

This is my favorite Supercuts anywhere, and I’ve been to more than a couple! I came out today with a great haircut (thanks Tamara!) some retail product and I’ll gladly go back next week for a color.
The salon is always super clean, the wait is seldom very long (call ahead to get waitlisted) and I really like the way they’ve morphed into more of a full service salon chain with services you might not expect– waxing, color, scalp massage & treatment — the things we all like but don’t want to pay an arm & a leg for. You’ll get those here at fair prices, with a smile and not too pushy! Great color services make me a fan and keep me coming back!
Within the Colony Place shopping center with tons or parking and open at 8:00am — what more can you ask for?

The manager cut my boyfriends hair a few weeks ago at the Plymouth supercuts and it did not look good. She rushed it and it didn’t look blended. He had to go to fast eddies to get it fixed. He has had haircuts from there before from other stylists and they were fine. Watch out for the Store manager!

Word! These ladies know their stuff! Get the Zen tea tree oil treatment. Awesome shampoo and condition with a head a neck massage (awesome) and a hot steamed towel to relax you. Follow this up with a cut and you come out FRESH! Only been here twice but always leave happy.
No appointments needed but you can call ahead same day. I think supercuts has a bad image but they give good cuts and good prices. Remember to tip well! They remember those who do and those who don’t!
