i don’t know why all the bad reviews. I have used Stevens Several times always great and the flowers last so much longer!

I have received many flower arrangements from Stevens and they have all been terrible. They died within a day and were very spartan for what I know my friends paid. The tried to tell a girlfriend of mine that they delivered flowers for my birthday in May and they never delivered them. My veterinarian was so nice when they put my dog to sleep and sent me flowers. They made sure to tell them that purple was my favorite color. When the 1st arrangement died within a day I called them and they replaced them with an awful and cheap bouquet that didn’t have any purple flowers in it. Save your money and use Wilde Flowers Florist instead! They’re excellent!

I didn’t have Unilocal before but created this account for the sole purpose of this review. I wish I could give negative stars to this business. My friend had just passed away and I was calling florists frantically trying to get an arrangement to his service on 4÷10÷14. When I spoke with the woman on the phone here she said the only thing she had time for was a plate plant. I went on to explain that was just too impersonal to me and asked if she could recommend another florist in the area she replied and I quote«I could but I’m not going to» I thought she was kidding but when I responded«no but really could you please» she said«like I said I could but I’m not going to». What a terrible person. I’ve never been treated so badly through such a tough time. I’m still stunned and in shock that anyone could be so unprofessional. And to be clear I’m only giving one star so I can post this.

Not sure if Stevens Florist and Stevens Florist North are the same. My review is for Stevens Florist at 160 South St. in Plymouth for my experience with them last week. My Mom, brother and I ordered flowers from them for my Dad’s funeral. We dealt with Nan who was very easy to deal with. In the days since my Dad’s funeral, we’ve commented several times how happy we were with the flowers from Stevens. We ordered 4 different arrangements(including a casket spray). Each arrangement looked like the pictures we saw in the catalog. The flowers were gorgeous. They arrived on time and looked great. A few years ago my sister in law died and I was VERY unhappy with the florist we used in Cedarville, which was part of the reason we used Stevens this time. I saw the other review here for Stevens, and totally feel for that person. Our experience was completely opposite. Several of the arrangements we received were from Stevens. I was not paying attention to the flowers during the wake, but noticed a few days later at the cemetery that they were all very nice. I am very picky about flowers since I worked at a florist many years ago. I also buy fresh flowers every week. Was very satisfied with my family’s experience with Stevens Florist on South Street in Plymouth.

The floral arrangement I ordered for my parents’ funeral service from Stevens the Florist in Plymouth MA was not delivered to the funeral home. The funeral home called the florist while en route to the cemetery to see if they could pick up the arrangement as we were having a private graveside service. Steven’s advised the funeral home that they were unable to get the arrangement completed quickly enough to be picked up nor would it possible for them to deliver it to the cemetery themselves in time for the service. The cemetery was 40 minutes away. I was only informed what had transpired by the funeral director at the cemetery when I arrived. No attempt was made to contact me by Stevens once they determined the arrangement could not be completed. We had no flowers at all for the service as a result. Steven’s apologies were conveyed to us only through the funeral director. I found no message at home after the service by Stevens with an explanation or an apology. My husband called them the next day because I was still too upset to talk to them myself. The woman who answered the phone told my husband she could not say exactly why the arrangement was not ready since she was just back from vacation and only then did Steven’s apologize directly to us. When I ordered the flowers I gave explicit instructions that there was to be no service at the funeral home. The service was to be held at the cemetery, which was 40 minutes away. I also advised Stevens when ordering the arrangement what time the service was scheduled for and advised that the funeral home would be taking the arrangement to the site to be placed on a table with Mum and Dad’s urns. There is absolutely no way that Stevens can make this right, but there were definitely steps that could have been taken to at least show some accountability on their part. Very poor service
