Very clean and professional! Kinda pricey if you get higher level stylists, but service is top notch. I’m really particular with my hair and I’ve always been pleased after a cut.

The stylist I went to for a blow out seemed knowledgeable and had a nice personality, explained the process all the way though. Disappointed in their products thiugh, I specifically asked if the shampoos they used contained sulfates or sulfate by-​product and was told «they’re color safe» not exactly an answer to my question, but sure enough after my hair was blown out I noticed a huge difference in the color of my hair, maybe these products are color safe for the typical blonde but I use pravana vivids so I am very careful with what I use on my hair. For a $ 50 blowout that drained my color I would have just brought my own shampoo. Also, if you rough dry the entirety of someone’s hair and then simply curl it the ends will not be smooth, it is a way to get things done quicker and cover your tracks, although obviously not completely.
I know, I’ve been a hairstylist for 7 years now.

Decent place, but way to strict about being on time. I was 5 minutes late, hustling through horrible 494 traffic and was they couldn’t see me. Be on time I guess.

Wonderful service from the Nail Techs here. Kim is so knowledgeable and helped me find the right nail solution for my needs. They did a great job on my nails! Great customer service at this location and the staff are very friendly. Will be making appointments and using this salon a lot more!

I’ve been going to Simonson’s for various spa services for years and I will tell you the service is VERY spotty. I have had good experiences and horrible experiences. I would only recommend going if you have a referral to a specific person. If you don’t I’d strongly recommend another spa.

I have had 5 nail services here, and two blowouts. Overall, very strong.
It’s a great looking space. I have never waited for my appointment. I like the spacing of chairs (both nail and hair). You are not on top of your neighboring customer.
I have had two of the best manicure pedicures ever here. Only one really disappointing manicure and that technician was an anomaly. Because of my schedule, I can’t be loyal to any one person. Again, only one bad experience, otherwise all the services have been really first rate.
They have some really unique and wonderful jewelry, scarves, and other accessories in the front of the store.
I really enjoy coming to this salon.

Facials here are great! I’ve been getting them from Simonsons on and off for the past 8 years. I had Vivienne recently. She was super knowledgeable and really got my skin back on track. I was happy to get product recommendations from her as well, since what I had been using was completely wrong for my skin.

Terrible experience here. The 45 minute new customer appointment I paid for was over in 20 minutes. The hairdresser spent about 2 minutes talking to me before she started, washed and chopped my hair in a hurry (forgetting to put my face framing layers in nonetheless) and dried it «straight.» I had to go home to actually straighten my hair before I could go anywhere afterward. She hit me with the hairdryer a million times, dug her nails into my scalp and was staring out the window most of the appointment. Left feeling angry and cheated. Save yourself the money. At the very least, avoid Dani.

I have only been here twice and it was alright. A little pushy with products. Probably won’t be returning and if I do it will be with a different stylist. She was unaware of prices and didn’t remember what we had done the last time with my hair. I understand I had only been there twice but, don’t stylist want repeat customers?
