After stopping by in uniform to grab food on my way to work, I would seiously rethink eating here. Although they claim to be «uniform friendly», they ARE NOT. On two different occasions I’ve had servers who made comments about what I and other uniformed people can do to themselves, of course under their breath. In light of all that’s going on in the area, my advice, if you’re in uniform go somewhere else. This isn’t the first time it’s happened, but the store can’t seem to control the staff.

Terrific! I had never been to a Firehouse Subs before my visit earlier this week. The food quality is fantastic; the bread is delicious. We arrived shortly after they opened and the staff were all very friendly. Everything was clean, as it should be for the first guests. I had the cheesesteak sandwich with beef, WAY DELICIOUS. I will return to Firehouse Subs in the future, and maybe even the same location.
I’m just sad that there isn’t a location closer to my house.

The food here is awesome! I love the sub selection a lot. I did have issues with my order that I picked up but the customer service was amazing. The manager fixed my issue promptly and I will definitely come back again for lunch!

Lame. I was so excited to see this chain make it too MN. Its been 9 years since I lived by one. I absolutely loved their New Yorker. This one was lame. I had about a half inch stack of meat with some cheese and a lot of bread for $ 9.00 I was so pissed when I saw the sandwich. Not the same since they went national. There are better sub shops in the area.

Got some sandwiches the other day for a picnic. Even though we ate them as leftovers, they were still really good! The restaurant was clean and the service was super friendly! When they were preparing them, they even took care to keep the sauces on the side so our sandwiches wouldn’t get soggy. Great sandwiches, no skimping on any of the ingredients, and all our sandwiches were made correctly as we specified them. I definitely recommend this place!

Food was good as with other locations, unfortunately not a single table was wiped down. The floor was a mess and even the napkin dispensers had food on them. Since there was only one other table occupied and plenty of employees, I would have expected things clean.

I had chicken sub at this place. Bread is so good. which makes me come back grab another sub for night. This place have nice subs items in menu and I see this place is so crowded at lunch times all the time.

It’s a fast food sub. So if you’re expecting the best sandwich in town, you’ll be disappointed. I’ll take their hot subs over any other fast food joint. The meatball was good. Expectations were a too high going in to it, though. The New York Steamer was good as well.
Service was horrible. Ordered online. Walked in and stood in front of the «Pick Up» sign for 10 minutes. Noone greeted or approached me. I had to waive down somone to ask about my order. I ordered a brownie, and they told me to walk to the front to get it. I’m not spoiled, I can walk to the front, but they call it customer service for a reason. I don’t think it’s too much to expect someone to say, «Hi. How are you? How can I help you?» The best experience I had was watching «Rookie of the Year» on the TV while I waited for my sandwich.

Wow, blows all the other sub shops out of the water, unbelievable, they do need to put a sign on the road for more business, it was empty when we went today for the first but not the last time. I had the Italian and was shocked at how much better their food is comparied to the other fast food sandwich chains.

Just had for lunch. Was craving carbs and felt like cheating on the diet. My Co-​worker and I got the Meatball and the BBQ Brisket and split them. Good size sandwiches, we bot got a footlong. Really, really good. Service was a bit slow but I was in and out in under 15 minutes. Also, dining room is pretty cramped, would not have liked to eat in.
Combo meal with a footlong, pop, and chips was around $ 10. Not really cheap, but worth it for the taste!

I went for the first time and was not impressed nor will I be going back. The service was very slow. I got the Italian. I asked for white but was given wheat bread instead. The sandwich was soggy and very mediocre. Very disappointed.

Not horrible but not worth the gas, price, or wait. I got the veggie and no one else was in line… I have no idea why it took so long. Oh yeah all the teenagers working trying to watch the game. I work with young people but wasn’t there a manager around? Also the «tour of the menu»… Awkward. Oh well. At least now I can say I have tried it. I agree that I hope the hospitality gets a tad better. :)

I have been to many Firehouse subs across the country. The food is always solid, I crave the hook and ladder sub as well as the NY steamer. This location just opened this week. There was nothing to complain about as far as the food. The staff and manager need to help customers out more with the menu and explain how things work. This is not a jimmy johns or a subway, guide people through the process, people in this area of MN most likely have never been to a firehouse subs before. The manager also micro managed his staff instead of letting them do their jobs, it was annoying. I hope the hospitality improves as I want this location to make it as it is close to my house.

Great subs, great service. Place is brand new, squeaky clean, staff is well trained and very friendly. Owner is very helpful. Come check this place out! The Italian sub is awesome
