In response to William H. response I will say that the screen was dropped of by a mutual friend (not a tenant) whose dog ripped the screen in October 2010. The screen was repaired and delivered to my house in Novemeber 2010 and it did not fit so the person who was having it repaired brought it back to Shiretownin November. I am a member of the military and was away and unable to get the screen after this. Another mutual friend picked the screen up from this location and delivered it to my house for me in May 2011, the screen did not fit into my window so I went back to Shiretown in Plymouth to see them, about having it repaired and they acted like they had no idea they even did the work. Please look up the original cutomer E. Carey who dropped it off in October, you should have good bookeeping records. You may contact me directly if you feel this posting is in err, it is not however. The lady in your sales floor who helped me was one of the most rude individuals I have ever met.

I have been using Siretown Glass for custom glass work for about 10 years (coffee tables, cabinet shelves, etc) and they offer a decent price and good service.
