I love this Panera! The staff are so great! I used to work at one of the stores near this location, and would frequent this Panera on my lunch breaks. I have fond memories of enjoying a caramel latte and cinnamon crunch bagel whilst reading harry potter by the fireplace! The food is great (tomato mozz. flatbread is yummy). There are two in Plymouth and I like this one much better. I wish Panera would bring back the chipotle chicken sanwich (my hubbies favorite) and the chocolate babka.

First, they ran out of the pasta bowl that I ordered and didn’t offer a refund when I exchanged for something that was less expensive. Then I was given 2 dirty spoons in a row and the manager was prepping food while touching her hair.

Food was good. We got some bakery items and they were fresh. The service wasn’t too great. The girl working there appeared to be annoyed by my presence and didn’t seem friendly. Also they had two lines going at once but when a lot of people walked in they switched off and abandoned one line. So I had to get in line again and wait. Very annoying. I understand they were busy so I don’t blame them. But I wast super satisfied.

Food was good, consistent. The staff were friendly here and I noticed them joking with each other, that’s always nice to see among a team. However, there was one woman very rude to me. It was completely uncalled for, and shocking. I will be going to the other location from now on and will not return here.

Best Panera by far! I order a lot of catering, sometimes on short notice. This Panera has no problems making a Deluxe assortment with a 30 minute notice. The catering coordinator, I think her name is Kate is amazing. When it comes to picky eaters, specific cookie orders, or delivering to exit 7… there is nothing she can’t do! The Colony Place location wants at least a three hour window for catering orders but sometimes I don’t know until an hour before if the office needs catering. Great location… I will continue to order from here.

The chocolate pastry/​croissant was the best I’ve had in a long time.
They also play cool jazz music, and they have fireplaces.
And when you order a sandwich they give you a buzzer. You can walk over and watch your sandwich being made. That’s some great service.

You can’t beat Panera Bread. Their sandwiches are reliably fresh and tasty and I am a huge fan of their broccoli cheese soup. They also do a terrific chai tea latte. I have to disagree wholeheartedly with the previous review regarding the service here. I have always had prompt, courteous, friendly service.

Standard Panera, decent food and quick service. But this Panera’s layout isn’t as nice as others, the tables feel crowded or too exposed to others, the workers aren’t as nice.
