As previously stated, Dennis is the man. I went to him for a good 5 – 10 years. He takes his time so don’t go if you’re in a rush– but then again, isn’t a slower experience what a barber is all about? Never disappointed with a hair cut.

After calling this establishment asking how much a haircut was, they wouldn’t quote me a price over the phone. Insisting that I’d have to come in to get a price I figured it couldn’t be that much more than a haircut anywhere else.
After a Lengthy wait I was asked for $ 20 for a 6 minute shave of my head! I was astonished at the audacity, in NY a barber wouldn’t even cost that much
Needless to say I don’t want anyone to get ripped off by this clown, try some other hair salon or barber shop as this place is a total rip off.

Dennis is THE MAN.
A master barber, he really knows his stuff.
My old barber who has known me and cut my hair for 20 years does not cut my hair as well as Dennis. A friend tipped me off that the best haircuts on the South Shore are at Old Tyme. He was right.
It is a one man production. Walk in and wait, but it is worth it.
He is common sense and old school.
I have never been disappointed.
Been going for 2 years now. Top marks.
