Let me start by saying these are not quite«luxury apartments» as they boast them to be. I’ve lived in a luxury apartment, it was gorgeous, granite countertops, ceramic tiles, stainless steel appliances etc etc all above nice shops, this place has none of that. Everything is made to look high end but it’s not, it’s laminate, formica and low end everything. Which is fine, just don’t call it luxury. With that said it was also definitely not the worst apartment I have lived in. It was relatively quiet, we heard the neighbor’s yipping dog from time to time as well as the occasional argument from them thru the walls, but for an apartment it wasn’t bad. It has a garage and a really nice bathtub. Open layout and the building is secure. I will say the residents are mostly elderly or people with kids. There’s nothing in walking distance and it feels like it’s in the middle of no where. Tenants are responsible for All utilities even water and trash but the bills for these were pretty low. Even with the less than idea location,(as someone who has moved more in the last 5 years than most people will in their entire lives) I likely would’ve stayed longed but once the initial lease was up, the options to renew skyrocketed. So we moved downtown(North Loop) for less than what the rent jumped to. Bottom line: if you have a gaggle of children but no house and/or don’t go out much this place will work well for you. Just keep in mind they may drastically increase the rent without any justification.

Extremely positive experience at Jefferson at Plymouth. Lived here 15 months ending in 2013. Some of the reviews on other sites were very negative, but I didn’t experience that. The staff was always helpful, the apartment was quiet, and was well worth the rent amount. Unit had nice finishes and these very cool roman style columns leading into the living room. Amenities were great as well — I almost always had the workout room to myself which was fine by me! Wish the pool was open a little longer but hey, its Minnesota. I think the reviews about it being a bit under-insulated may have been true because they ask you to never leave the heat under a certain temperature in the winter because of the pipes, but nonetheless my heat bills with electricity were never over $ 60, even in the winter. This was less than I paid at a prior apartment that had more square footage. Overall: Highly recommend.
