While I love Einstein, this particular one is mismanaged. I had hope about a year ago when they’re was a huge change in employees and then they renovated… but the past two times have proven old habits are hard to break. 3 people working. .one is Mia in the back with a huge line of people. He finally comes out to help. It’s a guy who I’ve seen many many times. …yet he couldn’t figure out how to make a sandwich?! 20 min later, I’m finally out the door with a bagel, a sandwich and a latte. The previous time, I got iced coffee. .they put the tea in the coffee. Had to wait again. …

TERRIBLE!!! Everything about this place is horrible. TooK way too long to get our food. I had to ask for items forgotten. Instead of taking care of each order befriend moving to the next, they ran out of some of the bagels we ordered. Would give a –5 stars if I could!!! Will NEVER come back!!! Manager did NOTHING, she is not a good representation of this business!!!

This has to be by far the worst Einstein brothers bagels I’ve ever been to and I have tried here 12 times at least and they always manage to perform far below reasonable expectations. Today was a prime example I stopped in to people behind the counter and the man making sandwich was could not have moved any slower if he tried. And the line was at least 10 people maybe 15 people long and you still went as slow as possible I finally gave up put my cream cheese back and left. It’s pretty bad that I have to drive pass this location to go to the good one on Ann Arbor Rd. i’ve given the multiple chances due to their proximity to my home but it’s just not worth it. I have to say it really seems like it’s a management problem the service is poor the bagels are usually sold out and if they’re not their overcooked. The chocolate chip bagel basket was empty and I noticed a patron stop the counter employee to ask if they were sold out and he won’t even look up and give her an answer. I can honestly say I think I will never go to this location ever again it’s just not a good or well run location.

The coffee at this location was watery and tasteless. I first tried the dark coffee. After a bit, I realized I was not enjoying it. I dumped it and went for a flavored option. Again, it was like flavored hot water. Dumping another cup, I tried the«neighborhood blend». Giving up, I dumped it and left. Very disappointing!

Used to visit Einstein almost daily. Now hardly ever come here. Overpriced and service at this location is terrible. No personality behind the counter no training. Food is subpar. Today I needed a place to get a coffee and sandwich and had an internal dialogue, «don’t go there, you will not be happy… ok, give them one more chance how bad could it be…» It was terrible. Lame service, server didn’t even know the menu and food undercooked — yuck never again!!!

Have been in here a couple of times and have always received good service. They have a nice selection of bagels, cream cheese, bagel sandwiches, and treats. A pretty reasonable price! I recommend!

again I came here and paid $ 2 extra just to put cream cheese on my bagel sandwich and they left it off… The incompetence of this place astounds me.

I love this place. The chicken salad on a sesame bagel is my fave. A lot of flavor. The blackberry lemonaide is good but a little pricey and sweet. It’s my favorite place since I don’t eat fried fast food. Love it!

Decent bagels, good coffee(now with in house refills). Kind of pricey though. 2 sandwiches and 2 coffees came to $ 14. Fine for grab and go. But when we come to sit a spell in the morning, we end up wishing we had stopped at the Red Olive instead.
