Order the Salmon lox, very poor quality no taste in the Salmon, bagel was semi toasted. Was very disappointed in the lox bagel, especially for what you pay.

Soooooooooo slow. Are they making my bagel from scratch when I order it? If I swing in here I’m in the drive through for at a minimum 15 minutes. I have to leave early for work to accommodate the extra time it takes to get service here.
Seriously, everything is pre-​made, what takes so long?
Food is good but inconsistent. Sometimes I get my bagel sandwich and it’s cold, once in awhile it’s cut in half, when I ask for it to be toasted it’s either really crispy or barely warm.

went in sunday, placed an order with the curly blonde haired kid. they were fairly sold out of anything i really wanted, but did request ½ a dozen. kid started stacking them up in his hand, against his shirt, belt, pants. i said you’ve got to be kidding. you just placed those against your clothes!
said forget it. and walked out.
do these employees not get trained??? should report them to the health department.
NO ONE knows how to do their job anymore!

Need more help on Friday’s — and improved efficiency. Most of the bagel bins were empty 7:30AM. When a person in front of me buying a couple dozen requested a flavor, the employee ran to the back for those few, then when the customer requested another flavor, the employee ran to the back again — and again — and again. Should take a few mins to fill all front counter bins, then serve — would’ve been more efficient. Stood in line 10 minutes to get one bagel behind a number of people buying dozens — what about an express line for one bagel orders? By the time I was served they were out of a couple options I wanted — left with nothing. Sigh.

Great coffee great bagels I ordered a pumpkin bagel toasted. It was toasted just to my liking and the bagel is so so soft.
Coffee is fresh and hot :)

Best Einstein Bro’s I have been to! By far the best staff, always have my favorite Asiago Cheese bagels, and they are fast! I drive past the one on Sheldon Rd because that store is a hot mess. The bagels here are never over done, the staff knows the regulars by name, and it’s newly renovated. It’s by far the best location I have ever been too!

Excellent service and friendly staff. Santa Fe bagels had a tasty and fresh salsa and the eggs were fluffy and delicious! Toasted sesame bagel was done just right and just enough shmear. The staff came by to ask how we we were doing and if we needed anything… even took our trays to clear our table. Prompt service, especially great as they juggled a drive through window at the same time. Great experience, highly recommend this branch.

I have been going there for over a year and they make great bagels. This is a busy store and at times you might have to wait to get service but many times the bagels are still warm. I have had no problems with their staff. A good place to get a batch of bagels to take home or to eat at their location with a cup of great coffee.

Staff at this location is always less than helpful, and seem to hate their job worse than a fat kid hates a diet. Food and coffee are always good and fresh though, provided the staff doesn’t mess up your order.
