This is a great place to stop for a pastry and a good cup o’ joe. There are several comfortable places to sit, including couches and cozy booths. Aptly named, it does have the feel of a ski lodge. If it was smaller and the barristas consistent(hence, more personable), it would be a 5.

Really great lunch spot. We were passing thru and so happy to find a nice quality place for good sandwiches. We had wraps there were totally fresh. The soup and deviled egg potato salad was homemade. They even have the honor coffee bar and a happy blueberry out side.

Seems like a lot of locals have rated this place. I have been away for awhile and am visiting for the blueberry festival. In terms of customer service I would say that it is very poor. Requested the biscuits and gravy and it was available until 11am it was 1059 and the girl just kind of laughed and said that breakfast no longer served. Also I said I wanted a coffee and was asked if I would like the refill kind or regular. I asked what the difference was and again the girl kind of laughed since I didn’t know the difference. I would recommend to stick to opies downtown or Starbucks because you won’t get comped an attitude with your order. Also a lot of older folks. The attitude is very passive because they do not respond to your questions.

Was here to shoot a wedding and was one of the only coffee shops in town so I stopped by in the morning to kill time. Very clean, good selection of bakery items and menu items. The staff was very nice!

Cute little coffee shop in Plymouth proper. They don’t have much competition beyond a Starbucks inside of Martin’s(a Marbucks, if you will), and I’m not sure that even counts as competition. Cozy inside with an excellent selection of bakery items from Fingerhut Bakery. Coffee was good(just brewed coffee; nothing fancy). The baristas were incredibly friendly and kind. Glad we found this little respite in town — it will be perfect when we’re visiting the in-laws and need a break!

Great donut and service! Did not try the coffee. Needed to kill some time before a morning meeting and this place fit the bill. If I’m in the area again I’ll definitely come back.

Coffee Lodge has great coffee as well as doughnuts and other items from Fingerhut Bakery. They also carry South Bend Chocolate Co products. The staff is very friendly and make an effort to get to know you and remember. Service is generally fast, it can get busy between 7:30 — 9:00 am. They also have a menu for breakfast and lunch sandwiches and a daily soup. Free WiFi is also available.

Coffee Lodge features South Bend Chocolate Co. and Fingerhut Bakery items as well as some pretty decent coffee. They went with a lodge/western theme, which works fairly well for the local flavor. Customers can enjoy comfy chairs or use the wi-fi in the spacious lounge area. The lattes skew toward the sweet tooth, fairly appropriate given their wide array of baked and candy goodies. No sandwiches or meal food(yet?), but Coffee Lodge promises to be a favorite for a wide array of folks looking for a relaxed atmosphere, coffee and goodies.
