Terrible service. Slow slow slow. Wait over a hour for service and only 2 customers in front of me.

we ordered phones from another store & got a text they were on back order. We went her to look at 2 new phones. The first lady was very nice. As we were talking to her some other lady stop what she was doing to tell us that t mobile never sent a text to me about the phone we had ordered from another store were on back order. We I went to show her the text she got really nasty with me & told me I was not her job to cancel my order & I am lucky if she even let me order a phone there. Well acting like that no wonder your store is slow. Long story short I called 1−800-tmobile and got my 2 new phones I will never go back to any tmobile store again they are a JOKE…

I’ve been a T-Mobile customer for the past 10 years because of their great customer service. Whenever I have to call them or go to the store, I always have a smile on my face because their representatives are both helpful and nice. So you can imagine my shock at receiving some of the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever received anywhere, tonight at their store at the Plymouth Meeting Mall. I went in with my mom tonight to help her upgrade her phone which she has on my family plan. We waited for a half hour while the two representatives standing waited on other customers. That’s fine, they had to focus on the customers that arrived before us. There was a third rep sitting at the computer by himself who did not offer to help us as we waited and waited. That was weird. Finally, one of the customers was all finished and the standing representative asked how she could help us. We asked about finding a phone that wasn’t a smart phone but would be better for texting and she waved us over to the phones on the wall and went to assist another customer for 10 minutes. We were seething. We waited again. When the rep returned to find out what we thought of the phones, my mom pointed out that she should have stayed with us to show us the phones rather than wait on another customer after we had waited so long for her in the first place. Rather than apologize for making us wait, she got into and argument with my mom about how she didn’t want to «hover over us» while we looked at the phones. My mom pointed out that she was also in customer service and wasn’t happy with how the rep was acting, and things escalated until she finally pointed to another rep and asked her to take us over, her problem customers. Whatever. Clearly, this woman, who was named Jessica, was not meant for customer service. We looked at the phones a bit more but didn’t find anything we liked. I will not return to this store. I’ll keep T-Mobile for now, probably, but I am seriously so unhappy with the service tonight that I’m starting to consider Verizon or AT&T.

A mere few hours after I had finished my dealings with Patrick at KOP, my mother decided she wanted a new phone too but didn’t want to go out to KOP. We settled on the Plymouth Meeting mall location. The girl we spoke with, Jessica, was extremely helpful and very customer service oriented. She transferred my plan to a family plan, transferred our existing phone numbers as well as sim card contacts, and helped my mother decide on a phone and even helped her figure out some basic features(it was her first smartphone). She even called a few days after the fact to see how we were doing with everything and encouraged us to call with any questions. If that’s not service, I don’t know what is!
