My parents don’t have a Unilocal account so I decided to post this for them because it should not go unnoticed. It’s really not that hard to accommodate customers with sensitivity. All she wanted was a crab cake with tartar sauce, and not pepper sauce. I’m not sure why your manager thought it was appropriate to argue with customers instead of accommodating them but no worries– you lost their business, and mine too! «So last night, Dad and I stopped at Ruby Tuesday for a bite of dinner. I had the nerve to ask the server if I could have the Shrimp Po’Boy without the peppers, as I am sensitive to them. He had to go ask and came back and said no, so I ordered the crab cakes instead. When they came out, they were sitting on a sauce made with what? You guessed it! Hot red peppers! Of course, that was not the description on the menu, so I asked if he could take it to the kitchen and have them put on a clean plate, or with tartar sauce, but noooo… The kitchen manager came out and proceeded to argue with Dad(certified Master Chef) that all crab cakes start with a pepper base. Didn’t seem to understand that I just wanted them without that red pepper sauce on the plate. Offered something else off the menu, but didn’t want to wait for another entrée — just ate the soup that came with my meal. They didn’t charge me for that — good thing! Won’t be going back there though! »

I really like this place. I don’t get there to often, but it’s always fun. We went for lunch, and a beer. Joe the bartender is a great guy. I had sliders, and the salad bar. It’s nice to make your own salad. My wife and I are retired so we usually only go if we have a coupon but it’s always a nice treat. Good food, friendly people, fair price, so 5 stars.

My boyfriend and I went here with another couple last night, 4÷22÷16. The only good thing WAS the other couple and their company. First off, our server, Dusty, was nice enough, but he seemed stoned… definitely seemed a little out of it. Couldn’t get the Flyers game on a TV near us, so that was a bummer. My BF got a burger and was sick later. I got a chicken BLT and it was ok… nothing to write home about. All in all, mediocre experience… won’t be back.

Went early Saturday for lunch. First off for a low end chain prices are horrible. I had broc cheese soup that was fine. The salad bar was awful. The cucumbers and tomatoes were almost spoiled. The lettuce was browning. It was also dirty. The biscuits are great except they ran out so didnt even get any. my wife had a shrimp appetizer that was just okay. They also sat a table of noisy kids next to my sleeping child when place was almost empty. Overall for a chain its expensive and have lousy food. We spent 33 bucks on a coke appetizer soup and lousy salad. I have been to other Ruby Tuesdays that were run better. This one is poor. I was carrying a car seat with my daughter in it and a take out bag and they did not even open the door for me. The only reason it is two stars and not one is I have had okay experiences here before.

Absolute worst Ruby Tuesday we have ever been too. Server was extremely slow and took forever to come back each time, food was terrible, and bathroom was disgusting. Stay clear from this place, terrible!

Took 45 min for my burger to comeout. I sat at the bar for a quick lunch and it was slow. Burger was good, service was okay, kitchen was slow.

Ask to sit in Eric’s section. He was professional, polite, friendly and efficient. The salad bar was flavorful and fresh but sloppy. It needed more people tending to it. The music was at a perfect volume. We could talk without raising our voices. With a coupon, Ruby Tuesday is an excellent value.

I used to go to Ruby Tuesday all the time as a child, and thought it would be nice to go back and reminisce a bit. The salad bar was good, as usual, and the service was good as well. But I think the quality of food that Ruby Tuesday is offering has declined drastically. The food my we ordered was actually inedible. The mashed potatoes tasted like they were powdered, and the gravy had a strong artificial butter taste. I tried my boyfriend’s food, thinking I just ordered a bad plate, but his burger tasted of chemicals and artificial flavors. This is coming from a college student who eats ramen noodles and cafeteria food on a regular basis. In summation, the restaurant service is good, but the actual food that this entire chain offers is disgusting. Spend your money elsewhere!

Bartender Joe was friendly as hell. Issue is because of the reviews and past experiences I can’t eat here. Had a few drafts and even then I’m checking for a dirty glass. They need to turn a corner and promote the change in food quality and cleanliness. Until then eat at your own risk or buy fried only. Hotel should be all over them to clean up their act.

Great burgers! We have been there many times. Salad bar is good and they keep it well stocked. Service is generally good. It is a go to place for a late dinner or when you want more than pizza and cheesesteaks.

When we arrived Friday night @ 6, it was pretty packed so we sat at a table near the bar. Our server was not very attentive but our order came out of the kitchen pretty quickly which was good. I had the salad bar and it was very nicely stocked and tasty. Our appetizer was good and done in a timely manner. Unfortunately there was a problem with my dinner but the manger went above and beyond to make it right and was extremely apologetic. It made up for the issue and I would try this location again.

I have been going to this Ruby Tuesday location for years, dozens of times in total, and the vast majority of the time it has been a great experience. Their servers have consistently been friendly, and the food is consistently pretty good. When I’ve gotten the salad bar, it has always been fresh. I’m partial to RT’s burgers, but they have a well balanced menu that has options for pretty much anyone and any mood. It’s also open later(until midnight) than most other restaurants in the area, and late meals are an area where they particularly stand out. When I’ve stopped in at 11 for a late dinner, I haven’t had the problems that I often encounter at restaurants late at night: the kitchen doesn’t claim to be out of everything that they would have to cook, the servers don’t try to vacuum under my feet, and while I make an effort to get out of there in a timely manner, they don’t unduly rush me out the door.

My husband and I went there for our anniversary. Not only was the food delicious, but it was very fresh, and the service could not have been any better! Somehow, my husband was served the wrong entrée but it was really no problem at all. Everyone from our server to the manager on duty, to the general manager came over to our table to apologize. Just a short while later, the correct entrée was brought to my husband, again with profuse apologies. He said it was definitely worth the wait because it was so delicious! My dinner was an avocado and bacon turkey burger and it was absolutely wonderful. It was not all dried out, and the portion was far more than I could actually finish. Still anxious to apologize for their error, the manager gave us a gift: he gave us two beautiful slices of cake to take home for our dessert. It really made our special evening extra special! We will absolutely be going back there again in the future!

I have been a customer at this location for many years. We used to be there 4 – 6 times a month. Now I went under duress. My last visit was the worst restaurant experience, service, food, atmosphere. I waited 2 months and went again yesterday. While waiting to be seated there was an upset customer whose name was skipped in the wait list. When it was our turn and we requested a table not a booth, we were taken to a booth! The manager seemed miffed! I observed 2 conversations with the manager by wait staff that were whispered and concerned customer distress. Management seems unable to cope with the needs of this restaurant. Service was ok, food was not. The quality and preparation have gone right down hill. The salad bar was cleaned out and only after several requests were the items refilled. We never did receive their tiny little biscuits, they were still in the oven when our check was presented. We heard several customer complaints, and food being returned. Corporate needs to look at this location fast! It will be quite a while before I venture in again.

Our server was very nice. However, the food was pretty bad and half assed. No care was put into the making of it. It was tossed on the plate and taken out. I had the buffalo chicken sliders because I figured it was basic, so how could it be screwed up, but it was two dry buns with a skinny piece of chicken on it and slapped on a plate with some overdone fries. Whoever is in the kitchen should probably be let go. No, definitely let go. My boyfriend was also dissatisfied with his burger. We also overheard two separate tables complain.

This is my go-to restaurant when I’m late getting back from the Phoenixville area and everything else is closing or closed for the night. I actually think this Ruby Tuesday restaurant is pretty decent compared to some other Ruby Tuesdays in the chain. Try the ones in York, for instance, and then come back here for comparison. I thought service was pretty good. The server was nice and efficient, and did return a couple of times to check on my table. The real treat was the salad bar, which, at this location, was pretty well-stocked.

The service at this place is pretty bad. From the time we were seated it took over 8 minutes to get water/place a drink order. It took awhile to place our orders for food. The service remained slow through out the rest of the visit. The food was ok, nothing to really write about. It was what I expected from a Ruby Tuesday.

I had not been to a RT in a few years, but recently I’ve had the«pleasure» of eating at two different locations in two different states with one being in SC and the other being this location. Now I will cover both with a very broad brush by saying that overall they suck. Moving into the specifics of said suckery: 1. The cheddar biscuits over the last few years must have shrunk 30−40% in size and also now have the consistency of NJ beach sand. 2. Just like the location in SC, the first app choice we tried to order is unavailable because they are out of it. 3. Our server spoke barely over a whisper and sadly had some kind of a gimp/limp going on that kept him moving about a half step faster than a slug. In terms of the food itself, we opted to skip any appetizers as our first choice(artichoke dip) was unavailable and the chicken parm dishes we ordered clearly were nuked/died under a heat lamp for a long time due to the top being scorching hot while the bottom was maybe lukewarm at best. The place was busy but there were still open tables yet they seemed understaffed as their manager-looking types were running food and clearing tables everywhere and the salad bar was only getting cleaned/restocked when someone complained about it to the hostess by the door since she and the bartender were the only employees out front long enough to talk to as everybody else seemed to be hiding in the kitchen. So as another Unilocaler so rightfully said, if you’re dying of starvation and somehow everything around including the Cracker Barrel is unfortunately closed then I guess I would say come on down. But past that skip this place and wait for something else or maybe you should at least look into the starvation angle as then you won’t die feeling ripped off.

Honestly, this Ruby Tuesday is not too bad. Pretty consistent food and the menu and décor has really changed since the old days of Cheer’s Lamps and Sneeze Guards. Would recommend in a pinch but the reason I’m giving it two stars is one of the managers. There are far too many businesses around your surrounding area for you to tell me in the most snobbish way, «We don’t need to serve a Lunch Menu». Really? Ruby Tuesday? You have cloth table linen and you don’t need to debase yourself by offering a Lunch menu? Really?!?
