We ordered one large power bowl and the cashier(Paige) heard me and my bf saying that we’ll split it since we don’t wanna eat too much before we hit the gym so instead of giving us one bowl she split it in two! now that’s customer service!

We were at the Stoneridge mall and decided to try out some health food for a change. The new location of Vitality Bowls within the mall is opposite Thai cuisine on the second floor on the JCPenney end of the mall. It is a small place that can seat around 12 people at a time. We went in a couple of minutes before closing time and ordered the Nutty Bowl. A medium Nutty Bowl was $ 10.49. We paid at the counter and waited for the bowl. The service was extremely quick. The Nutty Bowl had a base blend of organic acai, apple juice, peanut butter, almond milk, bananas, strawberries and flax seeds. Toppings included granola, almonds, sliced bananas and honey. The blend tasted absolutely magical. Health foods are so underrated. But don’t count on having a meal here. The base blend in the bowl is just more like a thick smoothie. We were really happy with the food and the service. But I would still say that their food is overpriced. $ 10.49 for a medium bowl?

I’ve been wanting to go to this place for awhile and finally went. I had the detox bowl which has acai blended with almond milk, flax seed, kale, spirulina, banana and strawberry, and topped with bananas, blueberries, goji berries, almonds and honey. You can make substitutions to your liking; I’m not too big on bananas so instead I subbed it out for more blueberries. The bowl itself was really good. The staff was pleasant, I just ordered what I wanted and they got to it. It wasn’t a long wait. Their bowls are available in only medium or large and I spent about $ 12. I’m definitely gonna come back if I’m shopping at stone ridge.

Love at first sight, then sadly it becomes obsessive, I must have you after every workout. I wish there was one closer to Oakland, preferably across form my gym. I love the dragon bowl without the bananas. I know, i know call me crazy, but I like my bananas extremely ripe. VB has ripe bananas, but i like them a little softer, ya feel? Dragon bowl has the pitaya instead of the acai. It is extremely fresh and ingredients blend perfectly together. It is a great post workout meal or even breakfast. I would recommend they post the nutrition facts so that we know the calories and macros! The also have paninis and other treats. I recommend any bowl or smoothie– all great options. The staff here are super sweet too. Everything is made fresh to order so you might have to wait a little but if you are in a rush you can always do a call in. :)

Acai bowls are my weakness, I have cravings for them all the time. In fact, Vitality Bowl was the first place I ever tried one. But unfortunately since discovering Acai Me in Danville I can never go back. The difference in taste and quality is astounding: Vitality Bowl’s bowls & smoothies taste like watered down fruit(how eating healthy eating is stereotypical portrayed) while Acai Me’s smoothies are rich and fulfilling, almost dessert like. Yes I do have some slight biased opinion but if you’re looking for quality(like I’d think most of you would) don’t come here.
So I’m still actually currently waiting for my order. Going on 30 minutes right now on a tuesday. There are 4 people back there laughing and talking so one of them should at least come out to tell everyone what the hell is going on. I’m literally staring at the dude talk on the phone in the back! What’s happening right now. –2 stars

So I came in from out of town to do some shopping, saw some advertisements and decided to try it… Unfortunately I waited 35 min for a SMOOTHIE. The smoothie I ordered was The Dragon Smoothie with mangos instead of strawberries… They didn’t seem to really care of the fact that they were running so late and didn’t let the customers know it would take some time. I really wouldn’t have mind waiting if they simply let us know it was going to take so long. Smoothie was all liquidy once I got it…

This is right next to Men’s Warehouse, Quickly’s, Surf and Turf on the second floor of Stoneridge mall! Kids bowl says 14 oz & breakfast bowl also says 14oz but it’s clear to see that you definitely get much more with the breakfast bowl. The kids bowl is probably more like 10oz. This is not a big location so there’s only 2 people working at a time, so the wait time is really long. With Jamba Juice, I could get extra granola & they wouldn’t charge me but Vitality Bowl charges an extra 75 cent for it. The acai blend here is blended so perfectly so I’d have to pump up a few stars for that, it wasn’t too watery or too icy, which is great! Service is meh… nothing to rave about.

down the street from my home, the perfect pick me up during stressful holiday shopping. i love their nutty bowl or any acai mix that has nut butter because it adds the perfect creaminess and protein to your bowl. not a huuuge fan of the pitaya bowls here, but the acai bowls are amazing. you can customize your own bowls here– i love goji berries and bee pollen and this location is consistent with the blend and texture of a great acai bowl. i have yet to try the paninis.

Took a while to find this place in the mall since all the food spots are separated in this mall for some reason. It’s located on the 2nd floor by Quickly’s and has few a tables for people to eat at. Let’s start off by talking price… it runs around $ 9 but it comes in a pretty big portion. We were able to feed two people enough to get a feel of the food. We got the vitality bowl which had banana slices, goji berries, granola pieces and the acai blend itself. The bowl was refreshing to be honest. After a long stroll in the mall, the acai bowl really did wake me up. I don’t know if the benefits listed on the wall are in fact of true, but the statement referring to energizing oneself was true… from my experience. The acai blend was really cold at first because I think it was freshly blended but as you get use to it, it really isn’t that bad. Great light and healthy snack. Probably one of the better acai bowl locations that I have tried. Yummay

Kinda difficult finding this in the mall as all the food stores are scattered around the corners of this shopping mall. Had plenty of the things on the menu. The smallest size was a 20oz, which was double the size of what we had at SLO. It was around $ 8 – 9. We ordered the vitality bowl, but I removed the honey as always. It came with the basic blend of acai, bananas, strawberries, flax seeds, granola, and goji berries. There were plenty of posters on the wall that described the health and nutritional benefits of many of the ingredients used here. We waited about ten minutes for acai bowl to be served to us. But as seen on their wall, they do apologize in advance for the somewhat long wait time as they take their time to prepare each acai bowl. They take a while because they make each thing on their menu fresh, which is totally understandable. Once we got our order, I took a bite, and wow, it was so cold that it kinda gave me a brain freeze. It was really refreshing and it sure as hell woke the both of us up. I found out through other Unilocal reviews that their bowls and smoothies contain absolutely no ice, frozen yogurt, added sugar, artificial preservatives, trans fat, or any other fillers. All their ingredients are organic and all natural! Happy to know that there’s a Vitality Bowl closer to San Jose! Will be going there often :)

I totally underestimated Vitality Bowl. I’ve had a few Acai bowls in San Francisco and love them! But never had one from Vitality Bowl, so I thought I’d give it a try since my friend and I were in the area. It’s quite pricey but you get a lot for one person, in my opinion. I shared a bowl with a friend and we felt it was plenty for the both of us. I thought it was strange when I saw that on the menu said that there is broccoli in some of the Acai bowls but I actually can’t taste it or notice anything of the sort. The bowl was refreshing, super tasty, and smooth but not too watery or too thick. Great, healthy way to satisfy a sweet tooth!

Healthy and light for quick lunch or snack .I liked all the choices of bowls they have, so there’s something for everyone. The bowls were good, but a little bit pricey which you paid for the convenience(you do not have to use your own Vita Mix and buying fruits and vegi in the supermarket, wash it and cut it) Topped with shaved coconut, strawberries, bananas, honey, and granola.

Their food is pretty good. I had a panini and some fruit on the side. While they nickel and dime you for every extra, the food is filling and you don’t feel bad for indulging. The turkey panini was nothing special and neither was my fruit bowl. I also ordered a smoothie the other day which left me satisfied throughout the day. I was told that I could swap out strawberries for another fruit because I’m allergic to strawberries. I ended up getting charged for the swap which kinda bothered me. The cashier made it sound like I could swap it and not get charged. This is one of the healthier options in the mall. They’re also not terribly busy so you can get your order rather quickly. They must be doing something right because there are two locations in Pleasanton and another new one that just opened in Dublin. Next time I’ll use my check-in deal to get 10% off.

The juice has buoyancy but the pressed panini sandwiches are pathetic, too squished and feeble. I also forget the place is heavy on the gluten-free and the vegan bites, and so I suppose my monster bites have no business being here. That still doesn’t excuse the place from leaving me with a frown: I gave a $ 20 and a $ 1 bill looking for a $ 10 and $ 5 in change, and the girl closed the register drawer losing sight that change was what I was looking for. I know, it’s complicated. See the bill was $ 5.80 something. The manager came minutes later to re-open the register. We exchanged wan, vacuous looks at one another. This is at the Stoneridge Mall. #crabbywhiteguy

First acai bowl I’ve ever had! I was doing some shopping and wanted to see the hype, so instead of ordering a whole bowl I ordered the kids size(which was perfect for a little snack). Fresh and delicious! Great option if you’re in the mall!

Just would like to update that today I gave them a call asking to speak to a manager. After I could hear some back and forth talking the manager finally picked up the phone. I explained the buzzard situation and told him I found a rock in my vitality bowl and I noted that I posted pictures of it on their Facebook and Unilocal and BEFORE he even apologized he asked me to take them down. WOW. Months later I was informed that it was in fact a vendor that sold them their Organic Goji Berries that was causing these pebbles to fall into the bowls. They have know changed their vendor to clear up this problem! The manager is also sending me a gift card to refund my bowl. The manager thoroughly responded to my concerns.

This smoothie/parfait bowl joint is a heavy on the wallet, but a easy fix for a healthy snack while shopping at the mall. – Vitality Bowl(Small: ~$ 8.95) YUMMMM, WOW. Probably one of the best Acai bowls I’ve personally had(I’ve never been to Hawaii, so I can’t speak on that level per se). I know how to make these bowls because I use to make them at my work, a juice/smoothie spot. Vitality Bowls really set the bar. The acai is in a sorbet form, blended with apple juice, topped with strawberries, granola, goji berries and more. You can always add toppings for an extra cost! I really wanted to try the Dragon or Warrior bowl, but maybe next time I’m feeling spendy. ‘Cause this stuff will make your wallet cry, but your tummy happy, haha! TIP: Check-in on Unilocal for 10% off a smoothie/bowl!
