Sandwiches are good here and staff is friendly! They are happy to make your food how you want it.

My boss just picked up the some sandwiches and she just reminded me why I never go! LOL!!! Smh u guys are something else! My co worker and I had to search for our meats in the sandwich! At first I thought they messed up and just gave me a vegetarian sandwich but after further investigation, I found some white stuff and I believe it may be melted cheese not sure though. After that big, horrific, disgusting case associated with subway they should be piling on the meat so customers can come back lol smh #wheresthebeef I hate that I have to give one star GRRRRRRRRRRR

It had been a long friday, and it was finally time for lunch. We crammed into the car and bounced around food ideas for what felt like forever. Somehow we ended up at this subway. I opened the door ready for my sandwhich. My stomach immediately began to grumble, the restaurant smelled delicious. The veggies were bright and fresh. The work area was clean. The soda fountain and the chips and the beverage fridge were all clean and organized. I was impressed. We sat down, the table was full of varying sandwiches from all of us. Each one was delicous. I appreciate this place for their cleanliness and for there attention to detail and organization. Thank you subway for making this Friday a little brighter.

HORRIBLE!!! No meat on my sandwich… Who makes a sandwich by putting the mayo & mustard on the meat not on the bread?(I would have corrected that while she was making my sandwich, but my husband got our sandwiches to go…) It made the sandwich very dry!!! Next time it’s Mr. Pickles for sure!

I loved this particular subway on bernal and Stanley blvd in Pleasanton. Staff is always great and good customer service is provided. Staff speaks good English as well as Spanish. That makes it easier for my Hispanic friends to order there sandwich . I love this subway .,

this place was the worst I have ever been to. When I went in, she gave us a dirty look, and when she asked me what meat, I said meatballs and American cheese. Then she started packing it up, then I asked can I have some produce, she looked at me and opened it up and slammed it to the counter and just stuffed it in and packed it up roughly, didn’t ask for anything else and gave us a look until we left. Go to other subways cause this on has a bad owner. I will try to show a picture.

We have been going to this Subway for over 4 years now and it is my favorite Subway in town. The owner is amazing and do I’d the staff they are always happy and they even remember our orders! They are always so sweet to my daughter and make an effort to say hi to her and talk to her. It is clean and even when busy the line flies, I love it and will continue to go here as long as we live here in Pleasanton:-)

I had written a four star review for this Subway a year or two ago. But today it gets downgraded. I came here on my lunch break planning to get a sandwich and eat there. Rarely do I leave my office for lunch. But today I wanted to escape for a bit. But when I opened the door, it was 10 degrees hotter than the 80 degrees outside temperature. The girl made my sandwich and when she was ringing me up I stated the obvious, «it’s hot in here». She agreed. I asked about AC. Now having experience with the owner of this establishment, I kinda expected it had to do with her. I’ve seen her pass the tissue paper they toast the sandwiches on back down the counter to be re-used. And I’ve seen her tell the employees«not too much». So I asked the girl working if she’s not allowed to turn the AC on. She said she’s not allowed to because the owner says it’s too expensive. I took my sandwich and went back to work to eat there instead of eating in that sauna. It was hotter inside the restaurant than outside at 11:30…I think it’s time to turn the AC on.

This is the absolute WORST subway I’ve ever been to. Took my kids for a «done with the school year» treat for lunch and it was anything but. The bread was stale to start… Then the way they handled the sandwich, they ended up flat as pancakes. The servers were unfriendly, unhelpful and barely listened to me — and we’re incredibly poor communicators lacking in both articulation and the ability to project. We were charged for 3 cookies, which I requested, but was never given. I had to ask specifically for the apples and juice to be added to my kids’ meals — things included in the price! I’ve had better service at gas stations, McDonalds and the DMV! Drive the extra distance and go to a different one. I’m not going back until«under new management» is advertised!

Came in for lunch and the customer service was absolutely awesome, everything was fresh and I was able to have my lunch guilt free knowing that it was a healthy low calorie meal. I am recommending this Subway to everyone if you are looking for a great sandwich at a great price you have to try this place out.

I’ve been to this location twice, both times during non-rush hours. Though both times I dealt with a different server, they were identical in their sullen, uncommunicative manners. I had the distinct feeling I was bothering them by coming in. Now, I understand this is a Subway, and my expectations are not very high, but when I ask a question and the server just turns around and completely ignores me — repeatedly, it just ruins the experience. From now on I’ll stick to Togo’s.

The last time I was here was horrible. I order my sandwich, the guy asks do we have such and such, then he asks me again what sandwich I want. He puts my sandwich in the oven to toast it and I wanted it extra toasted. The other person making sandwiches almost pulled my sandwich out half way through and I said I wanted it extra toasted. They seemed to have no communication with each other at all. The girl at the register seemed to have to guide them both the whole time.

I am 20 and probably look even younger… when I went in the gave me less everything on the sandwich and tried to charge me more for it and I felt it was because thy thought they could take advantage. Oh well there are plenty of subways so I choose to go to any other one.

It’s Subway what do you expect? I actually have eaten there twice this week and it was good and then just ok. I am writing this review based on my breakfast experience which was just ok. I got the Ham and cheese on the English muffin. The price was right but I did have 1 problem. The english muffins should be toasted by themselves first then put the egg etc. on and toast it together. Other then that is was exactly what you would expect from breakfast at Subway. Just a general Subway comment. I really like their bread but the meats and cheese leave something to be desired. And am I the only one who misses the way the used to cut the bread with just the little top part being cut?

Same experiance to be expected at a subway. The food was fine, though the cookies were pretty stale. Tastes like they were made a few days ago, and chances are they were. The lunch rush was crazy busy, and the parking lot is insane. There was zero parking spots at 1200 on a Wednesday. There are three places to eat, using one parking lot and it’s not enough. That alone put this subway in the two star category. It’s be three stars if it wasn’t for that.

When this location first opened I had decent customer service and the sandwiches were usually made to my liking. Every once awhile I’d get overcharged and realize it later, but never really a big deal. Over time I noticed the customer service decline, the employees can’t take the pressure of a busy lunch or dinner. The freshness of the food has declined as well. Eat fresh? Yeah right, not at this Subway. So very recently I came in around 4pm. The front door was open with no body in the front to assist me. ALL food containers were uncovered with flies buzzing around them. After about 2 minutes some disgruntle looking man comes out from the back. I begin to give my order, but quickly realized I’d rather have regular Italian bread instead of the flat bread I was curious about. He sighs and slams the meat back down into the bin. At this point I know I’m going to walk out. VERY rude service and VERY unsettling as I watched flies land on the food for seconds at a time. This is completely unacceptable, noticing numerous food code violations right before my eyes! I walked right out, never to return!

Not bad. A-OK. I went here because it was close to work. No super special deals, but the food was up to Subway quality standards from what you would expect from a Subway.
