I interacted with a beauty consultant named Ashley. She had a positive attitude. She approached me wanting to help. Applied makeup explaining every step along the way until she was finished. She showed amazing customer service.

I dislike this Sephora for many reasons. It seems like they never have enough employees working or something. I’ve came here several times looking for make up and I’ve even had my make up done for free when they were launching a new product. First of all, OMG my make up was HORRIBLE and so was my friends. It looked like she purposely tried to make me look bad. We were so embarrassed to walk around the mall afterwards… It was THAT bad. They should have more experienced people working there doing make up… Another time I was looking for a product because the regular sephora didn’t have it in stock. I called the jcpenny’s sephora to see if they had it and they simply said they didn’t have it in stock. I went to the store just in case, and of course, I found it. Right in front of the register. And there were multiple left. Ridiculous. I’m assuming they didn’t bother looking or didn’t look hard enough. Lazy customer service right there. Lastly, every single time I come here, the customer service is horrible. It’s like they’re taking their time and not acknowledging there’s people waiting. The other night was the last time I will go there. The lady said she would color match me in a foundation I was looking to buy. The phone rang so she had to help the phone customer. I understood that she had to answer the phone, that didn’t bother me, but then she rung up TWO employees and chatted with them for a long time. She even started making a sample for the employee while I was obviously waiting. I understand she needs to help others, but she shouldn’t chat and take her time AND make samples for EMPLOYEES while regular customers are patiently waiting. That is just one example of their horrible customer service. There’s many times where they simply just don’t help, too lazy to help or are gossiping. Never coming here again.

Marigrace is super friendly and got me what I needed quickly, she even offered a free perfume sample without me having to ask. I have been to this store in the past and the staff is usually pretty helpful. But, Marigrace went out if her way to show me some cool tricks with lipstain etc. Thank you! She is such a doll!

I don’t like this location. The music is too loud and service is hit or miss. Every time I walk in here the decibel damage to my ears increases. Everything is super cramped and the lighting stinks.

I actually like this store a lot more. I came today, and the girl that was working was on the phone trying to get the credit card machine back online. So I waited for a bit, then she moves to the register and turns to me and says«sorry». I told her it was fine because it wasn’t her fault that the register wasn’t working. I tried returning something but apparently, sephora can’t return stuff without a credit card! Oh well, I went home, grabbed my credit card and came back. I only go to this one now because I really refuse to go back to the one in the mall(after my last review). The girl tells me that maybe the main sephora store would be able to take the return w/o a credit card. I grit my teeth and stepped in. Blargh! In any case, the girl that helped me was very nice and apologized for not being able to take my return. For that, I give 5 stars.

I just went in here cause I parked in this area and didn’t want to walk over to the main Sephora store. Uhhh — big mistake. There were 2 people on duty… they were gossiping while helping each other do — I don’t know what exactly. I wasn’t greeted upon arrival. I stood next to them and wasn’t asked if I needed assistance. I waited to see if they would shut up with their gossip and act professional for 1 second to ask me if I needed anything… but they never did so I had to break up their session. Even after doing so — they acted like I was bothering them. They were not friendly ATALL. Sorry I had to bother you at work so you can actually work! At the end of it all — they didn’t even have the product I was looking for. Needless to say, their non-existent customer service skills will prevent me from visiting this store in the future.
