ASOF1−19−15THEYAREOPEN, not closed as posted. I spoke with their receptionist and they are still in Pleasanton at the same location. I went their when Dr. Julia Cinque was part of their dermatological team. She left and i haven’t been back since i now have Kaiser. However when i did go — i gave them 5 stars… never had anything but great experience!

I went to Dr. Khuu to have him look at a growth on my face that wouldn’t heal. He walked in, glanced at it and told it was nothing, just a scar. He didnt touch it or look at it with a magnifier. How professional! He then had the audacity to charge me $ 169. After finally going to a real dermatologist, I learned I had basal cell carcinoma and that it had grown quite a bit since then. I’ve had it removed and it will create quite a scar. Much of this could ‘ve been avoided if he had done his job correctly. My advice is stay away and save your money and your health!

Dr. Khuu needs to learn a little professionalism. I went in for a suspicious looking area on my lower eye lid. I was put off as soon as he waked in the room by the fact he was chewing gum. Maybe I’m being picky but it just didn’t seem very professional. He never took a real history. He decided it was best to remove the tissue. The entire time he was snipping and cauterizing on my face, he was exchanging shopping tips with his nurse. He then told me to come back in 3 weeks for a full body check and to use sunscreen. He never bothered to ask if I’d ever done either of those. He never bothered to tell me that my eye would be black and blue for 3 weeks. He never bothered to tell me that they it would take 4 weeks for them to send me the biopsy results. I will not see him again.
