On the Edge of Coaching

I started working with Lisa at the beginning of the year and would recommend her to anyone wanting to transform their life. I had recently gone through a divorce and my life had been in complete upheaval. A friend recommended Lisa and I am so thankful she did.
I was at a point where I wanted to take back my life and move forward, but I was overwhelmed. Lisa gave me great ideas on how to deal my teenage son and or relationship is better than ever. She helped me streamline my thoughts and focus my efforts. While external problems seemed to the problem, they really were not. I was trying to do too many things and always running out of time at the last minute. From the beginning Lisa helped me see I was really in charge and it was all about the choices I make.
One of the most transforming tools Lisa taught me was re-​framing my perspective. I changed how I see my past experiences and how I perceive myself. I no longer worry I am disappointing someone or seek others opinions about every decision I make. I have confidence and trust my instinct; I’m relaxed, exercising, eating right and enjoying my life again. I’m happy even in the face of life’s many challenges.
I am eternally grateful to Lisa for helping me through this difficult time. I highly recommend her as a coach and am so happy to know her!

Working with Lisa I’ve started a path of deeper growth and introspection than I have in the past. It’s been amazing. I’m calmer and feel more in control of my choices and decisions.
