I have been a patient of Dr. Morsy for several years. I have found her to be very thorough and helpful to all of my medical concerns or issues. She takes her time in listening to all of your concerns and never is in a rush to move on to another patient. I have been very pleased with her services.

Though I’ve seen Dr. Morsy a little over a year now, I have not had her help me with any of my myriad of health problems. Instead, as I was working the most important internship of my life, I started experiencing severe weight loss and nausea. To help, she prescribed an appetite medication that was hormone based. Given the fact I have a hormonal disorder from Fibromyalgia, this was a horrible recommendation, and not only did I fall off of my trolly, personally, it also ruined me at my internship for which I was working so hard at. I asked her office to take me off of these meds and alternate me to something else. I was in severe menstrual psychosis and became combative — she never called back, and never explained why she would not alternate the appetite meds. Instead she told me to visit an obgyn(who could not help me) and told me to see an endo(who also could not help me). With that said, I cried hysterically for over 1.5 weeks(because of the meds she had me on) which sabotaged the only thing that was important to me, my job. Then — as I called her office, still in my hysterical psychosis expressing my disappointment in her not trying to help — she sent me a letter dismissing her from my office. Take some responsibility for the behaviors you caused with the meds you had me on. Don’t accuse people of having behaviors when you are a doctor who is ill to understand that people are not their diseases, or what you exacurbate in them. As a doctor, you should be aware of this, but instead, you are taking things personally and casting judgement on suffering patients who are asking you for help, or alternatives, but you didn’t have the time to pick up the phone and call me once, as I cried, HYSTERICALLY for over 1.5 weeks. In addition, she was not familiar with almost every single one of my medicines used for autoimmune illness. Very archaic in her thoughts and in my opinion, the worst doctor I have ever had. You should have taken responsibility for the problems you caused instead of making a patient feel bad for what you caused. This is why my specialist is heaven sent — he would NEVER treat me in this ill fashioned archaic way, «UNDERNOCIRCUMSTANCES,» like you say — take some responsibility of your own.
