Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I’ve been to this location 3 times in the last two months and each experience has been stellar. The first time was a long term rental — my car was crunched from an accident and it took awhile to be repaired. Chad and his team (Chris, Mike, Ann) were always courteous and reliable. There were times when I needed to switch out the car I had for a larger car etc and they were always professional and accommodating. The second and third experience — were equally exceptional. Whoever is hiring and training this team should be applauded — they are excellent!

I rented a premium car for last two days from this location. The car was excellent as was the service. This is probably the most professional customer service I have ever received from a car rental location. And I have rented quite a few cars. There was no hard up selling of insurance, etc. The upgrade options were presented and they let me make the decision. When I returned I was asked about the car, about the service and if I needed a ride back.

Always have a good experience here. Always polite and efficient. Once i had a smoky smelling car but i went back to change, no problem. Love the local shuttle home if needed. Will be back

Called to get the reservation situated that my car insurance company setup. Spoke to someone and was rudely cut off, put on hold and then hung up on. Called back to be put on hold again and then told that I would have to shell out more money when this should be covered through my insurance. They gave me an extremely hard time over getting the car delivered to me which I was told would be able to happen from my insurance company so I can get on the road with minimal waiting. I used to work for Hertz so I know how this whole process works. The only thing I should be liable for is the gas and any extra insurance that I want to get for the car not be getting told I am responsible for the tax or pushed into a higher priced vehicle when I have said no to an upgrade. I should not be getting the run around like this when these are per-​negotiated rates between Geico and Enterprise. No one should have to get more stressed out over getting a rental when their car is going into the shop. Their employees need to be trained better.

When I picked up the car they told me weekend days were free. When I dropped it off they changed their minds and charged me for two extra days. Nice bait and switch. Next time I’ll go elsewhere.

While cost is slightly higher it is well worth it. Customer service is superb. Pick up drop off service! Longer hours. 24-​hour service line. Road side assistance. Can’t beat it! Friendly staff. Enterprise will always be my first choice!

I picked up my rental from this branch and amazing service and great people working. I ask for a better car and he showed me the available one and then I choose in between so happy and I recommend to whoever looking for rental car should try this branch all staff are very professional.

Jim and Mike offer A+ service from beginning to end. They provided me with a brand new Lexus for a great price and even picked me up and dropped me off to my destination.

Pros — lots of cars. Friendly staff. Get you going quickly.
Cons — cars are often dirty since local branches don’t have enough manpower. Car may be behind on maintenance issues.

Total FAIL
I stopped in and spoke with Jim to help me with my trip to Disneyland with three kids. He said he would be happy to help and would get me a large enough vehicle so long as I was willing to wait until the afternoon. Given that I waited, only to find that they didn’t secure the vehicle as promised. I’ll never go back to this business again and will strongly advise others against giving them their business until they are honest with customers and follow through.

This is a friendly neighborhood office, the people are very nice. They have a lot of nice cars in small to medium range. We use them often and have never had a bad experience.

Hopefully this will help future renters: We rented a car from December 16^th to January 6^th. We did not receive any any of our Plus Points because we received a discounted rate. I do not understand how we can not get any points for a 22 day rental. I will be much more careful in the future when reading my invoice — but I feel like I should have been notified by the employees that we would not receive any points at all for a very expensive rental!

Enterprise picked me up in a dirty vehicle. They apologized for the car being dirty and promised the rental I receive will be in much cleaner condition.
I was promised either a minivan or truck but a sedan was just returned and I opted for the sedan as I am not comfortable driving a big car.
Either the car was returned and the staff failed to clean it or they did a poor job cleaning it. It smelled like a wet dog smoked a cigar in it. It reeked and there was pubic hair in places it shouldn’t be. I was so reluctant to put my newborn baby in this car.
I have rented from Enterprise before and am appalled by the cleanliness of the vehicle I received from this location. They do not have a detailing station like most Enterprise locations so perhaps that is why the car is so dirty. I didn’t want to bother with switching the car out for a «cleaner» rental. I would never rent from here.

Excellent service. I was looking for an alternative for Hertz@Hopyard after some bad experiences with them and this place was a great find. All of the sales folks at this location are nice and pleasant to deal with. Josh stands out.

We have used this Enterprise location on Rosewood many times, and we have always been given a nice Car, SUV or Van that was requested. We never had any trouble on the road, since the vehicles were all in very good condition and ran really well.
Josh C. always does a great job in seeing that we are completely satisfied with our transactions and continue to remain happy customers. He is always very polite and professional and finishes our paperwork in record time.
We also found Enterprise to be quite reasonable in price compared to the other car rentals in the area. We definitely will continue to come here when we need a rental! :)

I recommend this facility to anyone — josh the manager is outstanding and man of his words– followed up with me from start to finish :)
Would always use them for car needs

My insurance company set me up a car through Enterprise at this location. People that work here are super nice and extremely helpful. Very professional group of people. Will definitely use again!

I would rank them higher, but my car didn’t have any windshield wiper fluid in it. I drove down to L.A. with a bunch of bugs on the windshield. I spoke to one of the sales reps (woman) about it and she just kept smiling when I was explaining my problem. Minor as it was, you need to put on your «SERIOUS» face when a customer isn’t happy. At the end, she did give me a discount on my next rental. FYI — Josh and Luke are very professional!

Enterprise found an SUV for me when Hertz promised TWICE and failed to deliver

The details:
Hertz struck out twice in a row
My car is rear ended
Insurance company refers me to local body shop and Hertz for a rental
Body shop calls me the night before drop off and confirms that I will have an SUV waiting in the morning
I drop off the car, Hertz guy says he has no SUVs and cannot find one
I take my car (an SUV — my wife drives kids to school so need lots of seats) and go home
I call the insurance company who in turn calls Hertz
Hertz calls me back and assures me they will have an SUV waiting for me at the new body shop I selected
I call Hertz the day before and they confirm an SUV will be waiting for me
I show up to drop off my car — no Hertz SUV (or anything else from Hertz for that matter)
I leave my car and the body shop takes me home
No call or other follow up from Hertz
Thank goodness Enterprise had an agent at the body shop (Quality Auto Craft) and he and his local office team found me an SUV the same day

What impresses me the most about this location are the people. From my first visit, to having lost count now, I’ve received cordial, friendly, accomodating service, consistently, regardless of who is helping me. Whether it’s someone picking me up or dropping me off, or one of the management team, going over the car or the rental agreement, they make me feel like I am important to them.
They never fail to ask me upon my return if I was satisfied with the service AND if there was something they could’ve done better.

I’m an experienced air traveler. Upon landing, I spent many years as a Hertz Gold member. I’ve also experienced most of the companies out there including Budget, National, Avis, and Enterprise. Using vehicles to get from Point A to Point B & back, the comparison of cars between companies are similar.
Two thumbs up, five stars or ten stars — this group deserves the top rating. I applaud Enterprise’s training. With several of the employees participating in Enterprise’s management program, based on their servant attitude, Enterprise’s leadership will be in good hands for years to come.
While their rates are outstanding, they take a backseat to their outstanding service.
