Victor is the most helpful person ever, willing to go to bat to help me get my daughter’s cell phone back to us in another state, after leaving it at the BART station! FedEx, other courier services wouldn’t do it, but he was more than willing, and very reasonable (I must say BART was very difficult to work with and refused to allow it). I would call him again in a heartbeat!
