Highly recommend!!! I have used Pedal Express on several «need something somewhere right now» situations and they have always come through without a single problem. The courier is always on-​time (or early), very courteous, efficient, and never an interruption to my business activities. Love supporting a local business that represents all of the good things about the East Bay. Thanks Pedal Express team!

These guys helped me out in a jam. I’m from Los Angeles and could not make it to a family event in Oakland. These guys not only went above and beyond when I needed it, they also charged me a great rate. I’m glad I used Pedal Express and they’ll be my go-​to for any other courier services I need in the East Bay.

I have been using Pedal Express for two months now, they never disappoint. They are on time, and service is performed in a flash. No matter how complicated my directions are, they can always find ways to solve problems. And I must say, they are one of the most trustworthy companies our business had dealt with. They will go above and beyond to fulfill customer’s requests, even if it means riding extra few miles. I wish more companies out there have this kind of work ethics. Two thumbs up for Pedal Express!

I had to find a courier on quite short notice to take legal briefs from our office to Kinko’s for binding and — because Kinko’s generally sucks and takes all day to do something that should take five minutes even when there are NO other customers and everyone’s standing around — come back later to collect the briefs and bring them back to us before close of business. I typically do this using my boss’ car, except he belatedly found out he wasn’t insured for that, yay! After being told to **get on my bike** and take the briefs to Kinko’s (and subsequently fantasizing about murdering him for a while), I very luckily came across Pedal Express online and have been SO impressed by my experience with them. Not only is the price right, but everyone I spoke to on the phone was super nice, there were no hurdles to placing an order as a new customer, the Kinko’s situation went more smoothly than had I been there myself (amazing), all around fantastic save! Highly, highly recommend.

So, I’m in a weird situation… I checked several delivery /​courier services in the Bay Area, and settled on Pedal Express due to their being (a) very friendly folks, and (b) they had prices at least ½ of everyone else, with faster delivery (mine was going to be about an hour! unbelievable!). On top of that, they are zero (well, except for breathing) carbon emissions as they are literally on bicycles/​tricycles.
For some lame reasons (to be clear, not their fault) I wasn’t able to have the item for delivery be ready, so I wasn’t able to make use of their services. BUT, they were so prompt and friendly in fielding my multiple calls asking about rates and details, and even when it didn’t work out in the end they were very gracious. I have no doubt that if things had worked out, they would have done a stellar job. They were even willing to do a special delivery to a further distance (for an additional fee), which they would have kind of had to go out of their way for.
So, next time I need a delivery in the Oakland/​Berkeley/​Emeryville area, I am definitely calling them back! They definitely seemed the most trustworthy and friendliest of all the companies (5) I called.
