this place is horrible! they make a mistake on a shirt and the DONOT give refunds even if they are the ones to make the mistake. what kind of business makes a mistake and doesn’t issue a refund? i don’t care what their«policy» is. you make a mistake, you pay for it, not the customers! we went there to get a shirt with the number 30 in it. on the shirt, it was 03. they took the 03 off, replaced it with it with 30 but you can still see the imprint of their mistake and the shirt they sold was dirty. we even asked for a clean shirt and they said they would give us a clean one… and of they lied about that as well. after about 20 – 30 minutes of arguing, we just took the extra shirt and got two for one. we only left because we had tired young children with us. this«business» is a disgrace. $ 21 is by no means a lot of money, but this was all about principle, clearly something that they lack.

I am an extremely irritated and disappointed customer! Came to grab a custom bat man tshirt and hoodie, lady that was helping me assured me that it was professionally done custom tshirts and hoodies. Since it is Black Friday, she told me that they had a special going on, $ 25 hoodies and $ 15 tshirts, and if I bought it together then she wouldnt charge me tax, so I bought a set, right from the start I knew that they were iffy, she charged me tax anyways and when I asked her why I was charged for tax, she said that it was because I paid with card and not cash, I didn’t really mind because it was only a $ 4. I paid in advance and she told me to come back in 15 mins, since I was also shopping around, I came back in half an hour, to pick up my purchase and the lady told me that t would take another 5 mins, but noticed the guy that was supposed to print the logo for my set hadn’t even started, so another half hour later and a lot of rushed editing, they gave me my set and apologized for the wait and blamed it on being busy, but there were 3 workers and we were the only customers! I walked away with my purchase and started checking it out. Immediately I noticed that the color of the image on my tshirt and hoodie was different, and then I noticed that the image itself was badly cut out either not along the lines or accidentally cut elsewhere. I went back to show them the quality of their job and they told me that it was the machine when clearly I watched them hand cut the images out. When I asked to have it redone in better quality or a refund she said she couldn’t do neither because it was custom made and they don’t do refunds or remakes!

This business is awful. We decided two Saturdays ago to buy a frozen shirt for my daughter. While I was deciding what color shirt, we decided to get my son a Captain America Sweatshirt. We paid for both and they said that they would be ready in 20 minutes. We had to leave the mall and told them we would be back in two hours. While we were out we received a call saying that the sweatshirt we picked would not fit the logo and that they had a black one that would fit. We decided to come to the mall and see if it would look good with the logo. When we arrived at the mall they showed us another jacket. We were not sure if it would look good. So the owner said she would make it and if we didn’t like it we could get our money back. We agreed and came back in 15 minutes. When we returned it was not to our liking. She had cut off the outer ring of the Captain America Symbol. It didn’t resemble the original at all. We told her that we did not like it and wanted our money back. The owner then proceeded to tell us that she would not give us our money back. We told her that she had promised and she said no she didn’t. She then proceeded to take out a wrinkled paper from under the counter that said«No Refunds», which wasn’t there originally. After 30 – 45 minutes of arguing with her where she inside that the logo was okay she finally offered us the unsatisfactory jacket and a free shirt. We didn’t want a messed up jacket. So She said that they would order a new jacket the right color and right size and it would be ready on Tuesday. We weren’t able to come until the following Friday and the sweatshirt wasn’t ready because the shipment didn’t come in. So she promised it by the following Tuesday. We returned again the following week and they had ordered the wrong size jacket. She said that the jacket would be there tomorrow. So we have to return again. While we were there for the last trip a woman walked by us and yelled«DON’T EVERUSETHISCOMPANYTHEYAREAWFUL.» A second person that is not happy with this company. Don’t every use this company they are dishonest and lie right to your face. They make mistakes and then blame the customer for the mistake.

Wow. Horrible horrible service. I ordered the«beast» print in the frame on the top left. The t-shirts in the images I uploaded are what they tried to let me walk away with. The pictures should speak for themselves… The first one I returned and then they made it again, trying to say that is perfect. Obviously far from it. Their policy is that they don’t do returns so beware. If THEY mess up, YOURE the one paying for it. There’s more to the story but I’m so upset it’s not even worth my time to elaborate. My son is infatuated with the minecraft game and as we were walking through the mall looking for the Lego store he saw a tshirt with minecraft logo on it but all the apparel they had seemed to be for adults so I went ahead and asked the attendant if they had it in kids’ sizes. She said yes and fumbled through a large stack and gave me a small hooded sweatshirt. It was a perfect size for my son but it didn’t have the logo on it. When I asked her if she had the minecraft one in that size she said she would just make it, that if the size was good then she could just put the decal on it. The whole process took about 10 minutes which in my opinion it wasn’t that bad. My son loved the sweatshirt AND I got $ 10 off for being their«first» customer of the day. :)
