One star is to much, I went to the this store three days ago and I have to say I’m amazed! From there bad service the guy at the desk don’t know English, then he try to trick me to pay 25 $for a sim card that should be sold for 9.99 $ + 25 $ activation fee which should be 0 but he say that cricket charge it but then he told me if I pay cash for first mount + 15 $ he can wave the fees(important… When he said cash he said as well no invoice) which say it’s a BS fee. After I told him what he is offering is maybe legal in China which is probably not, but for sure it’s illegal at the USA! So he start to mumble no we email invoice at the end if the day All of that was told by the owner of the store as he claims to be.

Poor service and misleading ad. I signed up account with $ 100 per month for 5 lines paid for three month from $ 95 to $ 110 then saw a bill of $ 166 in the forth month. Went to ask why to a retail in Pleasanton CA. Wasted time and nobody solved the problem. Called the customer service. The first agent said, «how about paying $ 125 for a settlement?» I said«Okey» yet the line dropped while awaiting for the supervisor approval. Called again in two hours and the second agent balabala saying«$ 100 per month is for the total saving other than the total amount of payment. Your total amount should be $ 216 while you still saved $ 50.» Being hated in dealing with these incapable people, I went to the Verizon store for transferring lines. Unfortunately, Verizon doesn’t accept Cricket phone and any i-phone lower than I-Phone 6. The cricket staffs are inexperienced and innocent about customer service. Their promotion plan is cheating. $ 200 activation fee went to be a waste, now I am seeking to transfer lines to AT&T or T-Mobil. Don’t be fooled by these fool company!

After receiving inadequate customer service at AT&T, I decided to switch to Cricket Wireless. There service is fantastic, particularly from Marissa. She was friendly and genuinely concerned about my service. The prices are competitive too, as I managed to get twice the data for half of the price.

Best customer service experience I had in CA. A representative explained to me all financial aspects, gave advice on how save money, keeping all services and inform about other options I have. On top of that he patiently answered all my technical questions and set up my non-cricket phone to work. I pay half of what I used to and got free Nokia Lumina 630. The only thing I don’t like was activation fees, but even with it my first month payment was lower than before. Thank you!
