Went there for the first time and had a massage with Nancy. She was ok as a massage therapist but the main problem was communication, didn’t understand a word of English. While I do understand and didn’t think that was a big concern but the real problem came after the massage when I gave her a 12% tip since ether massage was just so-so. She became rude and kept telling me for a full hour I should have given her 20% tip, kept repeating 20… 20,. I have had massages for past 30 years and always thought tipping is first of all, optional, and secondly should be according to customer, s satisfaction. I didn’t say anything and just turned and walked away. I can’t speak for the other massage therapists, but certainly would not return to find out:(
