Went in to see Dr Randahwa after I had a couple episodes with kidney stones. I usually see Dr Haas but she is on an extended leave and Dr Randahwa was the one taking in her patients. I was admitted to the hospital two nights in a row with excruciating pain from passing two stones, so my nerves were really shot. She took a urine sample and said she would go over the results with me. After a long wait she came in and asked if her nurse had gone over them. When I said no she left again. Waited some more and finally she came in and told me there was blood in my urine. Nothing else. Thanks but this is something I already know. They checked this when I was at the ER and told me that this is a sign of kidney stones and it will remain for some time after they pass from irritation in the kidneys and bladder. But she couldn’t tell me anymore information about the sample. I asked Dr Randahwa about dietary restrictions and what I can do to prevent more stones from occurring. Her answer was far less than desirable and in my opinion very unprofessional for a doctor. «Google it». Really? So everything I read online I should believe? What the heck? I just went through a trying and painful ordeal I really want answers or help to make sure it doesn’t happen again. After that I pressed for more and she went on about how I can never drink sodas again. I used to drink sodas all the time but actually don’t anymore. When I told her that she seemed to be offended like I hadn’t heard her and said«no, you should never drink them!» Umm ok that doesn’t help now? I don’t drink them at all anymore. She then talked about protein shakes, and energy drink none of which I take at all. Again I told her that and she seemed to get irritated. After all of that she said I would need another cat scan but that I would need to wait since the dyes can cause more damage to my kidneys. I let her know that my first at the ER was without dye. She ignored that and told me to wait till her nurse called me to schedule it. Said I had to wait. She referred me to a urologist but again said«do not make the appointment till my nurse calls you». That was 3 days ago. The imagining department called today and asked to schedule my appointment said that it was approved that I didn’t need to wait. Now trying to get hold of Dr Randahwa is absolutely impossible. The amount of compassion and answers I received were so little it’s rather insulting. I have never had kidney stones before and as people who have would know they are absolutely awful and a traumatizing experience. Seeing a doctor for this should be helpful and thorough and Dr Randahwa was the polar opposite.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This doctor had her assistant tell me my lab results and diagnosis. When I asked what that meant for me and my health the doctor told her staff to tell me that I could set up a follow up OR google it!!! I was speechless and disappointed in the people we are supposed to trust. It makes me sick to see the John Muir health commercials right now because this is a prime example of how heartless and unprofessional some are these days. Needless to say I will not be seeing her again.

I’m really surprised about the 1 star review. My husband works in the medical field, and I know how Drs generally get reviews from grouchy patients — not happy ones. I’m a happy one, so I thought I would write! I have been going to this office for 10 years. I have never had to wait long, the front desk people are welcoming and the office is always clean. For most of my time here I had been seeing Jackie Bradley N.P. Since she retired I have seen Dr. Randhawa. She is thorough, listens well, and gives good advice. When I have needed to come in on more urgent, non routine matters, the office is quick to book me the same day. If not with her, then with one of the other doctors. They are all very competent.

I have been a patient of Dr. Randhawa for about 3 years now. She saw me through bilateral pneumonia(at age 28!) and other routine illness. Her main nurse, Carmen, is friendly, outgoing and has a great sense of humor. Dr. Randhawa always take time to listen to my concerns, has extreme knowledge and an incredible«bedside» manner. Her office can be a bit busy, but that is primarily because there is a John Muir lab located in the same office, which is extremely convenient if she orders labwork. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a primary physician.

This office is dreadful. They severely lack orgnizational skills which I find concerning considering they are dealing with very sensitive personal information. They have continuously lost my paperwork, lost my insurance card, failed repeatedly update my billing information(which I have submitted in upwards of 5 times), the list goes on and on. Often gives diagnosis with little to no follow up information, even if its serious. I don’t recommend this place at all.
