Cashier was very friendly and courteous. Got my beagles quickly and coffee was hot and good. Will definitely be back here

By far the best Dunkin. I come here 5x a week and sometimes as early as 4am. Fast, friendly, efficient. Ok so the parking is tight. I’m sure when it was built they never expected it to be so busy. But it’s manageable and clearly the lines into the street attest the value of a great cup of coffee. I’ll be there tomorrow for my large black with one sugar, jelly stick, glazed stick, and hash browns!

You know, aside from the most horrendous parking and drive thru set up in the history of drive thru fast service places — this Dunkin is solid. Orders have always been correct, staff is courteous and the interior clean. I would recommend straying away from this particular location in the mornings and on the weekends because of previously mentioned parking situation. One way in, and one way out., and to exit the parking spaces you have to go through the drive thru.

Absolutely ridiculous service!!! Order snacks at the drive thru for a car full of kids while traveling. Took more than 15 mins to get our food. When we got our food it was cold and some was burnt! Most of the food was not able to be eaten!!!

Very nice Dunkin. Big screen Televisions over the counter displaying the menu and looping a video of coffee being made. Staff was very friendly and the place was clean with a very nice lounge like seating area. Parking is plentiful for a quick run in and out, but it is impossible to take a left out of the place. Food was a bit of a letdown. 3.75 for a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel was a good price, but the bagel felt smaller than ones I have gotten from Dunkin in the past and the sandwich had very little flavor. Taste almost as if it was lacking salt. It definitely felt healthier than other Dunkins and the staff gave me the confidence that they would try their best not to mess up my order(as other dunkins have done). It is conveniently located off of the highway. I consider this to be one of the best Dunkins in CT, but the sandwich was definitely lacking some character compared to ones i have had in the past.

My loathing of this place increases with every visit. Bad coffee, screwed up orders, woefully incompetent and slow workers… the list goes on. The only reason why I keep coming back is because it’s right by where I work and I have no other choice. A medium blueberry iced coffee with cream and sugar and a toasted sour cream and onion bagel with cream cheese should not be rocket science. Instead I get regular coffee with an inch layer of sugar and hardly any cream and a soggy untoasted bagel with a tiny smear of cream cheese… WTF?! And matching the correct straw to the correct cup shouldn’t be hard either… but these clowns always give me the straw thats double the size of the damn cup — I should only be getting that straw for a large. Also in some circles«bagel twist» = «donut stick». Uh no. Lesson: screw them and their rushed attitudes and check your order before pulling away from the drive thru. When you inevitably discover that they’ve screwed up, you can make them fix it – instead of sitting down at your desk at work and realizing they gave you something you didn’t order. In response to Ronald’s review, What more could I ask for? How about coffee that doesn’t taste burnt, properly toasted bagels… unburnt sandwiches, and Big and Toastys that aren’t dripping in grease, as well as a properly MADE coffee with the proper straw. Every DD I go to EXCEPT this one manages to brew un-burnt coffee… why the HELL can’t this one?

convenient, and right next to the truck stop right off the highway. i mean, it is a dunkin donuts and it was just renovated, so it is pretty clean. the coffee and donuts etc are predictable and average. what more could you ask for?(usually i just go to what used to be called ultimate brew, a mile or so down the street. for non-chain coffee/baked goods etc)

One of the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. I usually go late at night. I’m surprised the cashier I get at night still works there. She is rude and clearly hates her job. I went one night with my grandmother about 3 years ago and we ordered two coffees. One was light and sweet, the other was cream with no sugar. We also got 1 donut. The woman forgot our donut and then screamed at me… told me I didnt order no donut! I bought the donut only because it was for my grandma. Then I went there last winter and got the same cashier. I was ordering a plain bagle toasted with butter and a small coffee light and sweet. She mumbled over the drive through speaker and I didn’t hear her. When I asked her to repeat her self she shouted at me «I said we aint gots no plain bagles. You gots to order suttin else.» So I just got my coffee and have never gone back. Shes terrible.

We went to this DD in the middle of the afternoon for some tea and a coffee roll. We walked in and no one was in the place but me and Mark… walked up to the counter and all the employees were chatting, and not serving us. Finally someone served us, we ordered 1 small tea and 1 coffee roll. We go to leave and Mark notices, it isn’t a tea, it’s a coffee. I wouldn’t have returned it if we could drink it but neither of us drink coffee right now, myself for health reasons, so we go back to the counter(we didn’t even leave the store yet) and 3 employees saw us, walked by the counter and didn’t even make eye contact with us!!! Finally the same guy that served us came up and fixed the order with no problem. Yeah, great DD considering the employees ignore their customers and chatter instead. At least they fixed the order with no fuss.
