Customer service at the Plantation location is absurd. Typically I am a very patient client and always sit quietly waiting for appointments. However today I have been waiting over 2 hours…2hours!!! I worked all day and had to come sit through two hours of wait time when the entire ultrasound takes all of ten minutes to complete. Forget even about me… they are calling patients rescheduling appointments because they claim to be an hour behind on the mammograms. Either more people need to be hired or the system needs to be reworked. I’m sooo upset right now. It’s legit about to be over two hours wait and I’m stillllll not brought in. The staff are moving around at a slow pace taking their time. And a worker even had time to clear out her spam email while laughing and being nice. But fuck everyone else right?

Had a few tests done here and found them to be efficient and pleasant enough. No one likes having medical tests done, but my experience was good. Also when I needed to pop back to get a CD copy for the doctor, I was in and out in 5 minutes which I greatly appreciated.

This company is fraudulent! DONOTHAVEANYTHINGDONEHERE unless you want to have a billing nightmare. My husband had an MRI done here in July 2012. He was fully covered by health insurance. In August, I received a bill for over $ 1202.00 stating that insurance coverage was denied. I called our health insurance company and resolved the issue, they confirmed that my husband was covered at the time of the service and that Signet Diagnostic Imaging Services was paid. I called Signet’s billing department and could not get any satisfaction. They admitted that they had been paid and cashed the check, however they needed a letter from United Health stating they could keep the payment because of the mix up. United Health sent them an updated EOB(explanation of benefits) statement and that was not good enough for Signet’s billing department, which is based in India and I could not speak to anyone who wasn’t reading from a script or understand any logic. In November, I had an updated EOB sent again and thought that the problem was behind us. I was so wrong! In January, we received a letter from a collections company stating that we owed $ 1202 and if we did not pay it would affect our credit rating. Since then, I have gone back and forth with health insurance and the collection agency and Signet Diagnostics. United Health has been very helpful in calling, writing letters and documenting all the details with their balance billing department, since it is illegal for Signet or the collection agency to be billing us for amounts that are beyond the agreed upon rate between Signet and United Health. Each time I talk to someone I get a different story. This is the worst experience anyone could ever imagine when insurance is doing the right thing and this company along with their shady collection agency are behaving so horribly.
