MDU Communications

MDU customer service is horrible!!! The only reason I am with them is because my building has a contract with the company. They have RIDICULOUS WAIT TIMES EVERY SINGLE TIME I CALL!!! They need to hire more people or figure something out. I was to get my cable installed a week ago. They came, but then there was an issue with the wiring. I was told someone will come later that day to fix it and they will be keeping in contact with me to keep me updated. Guess what? NO call. NO one showed up. 5 days later I made a call. After being on hold for 20 minutes a man answered and told me there is a high call volume so he will call me back. guess what? NO call back! Liars. Called later than day, I was on hold for over 30 min and never spoke to any one.
The next day I called and finally spoke to someone. They said the technicians haven’t gotten back to them I need to wait 1 – 2 more days. Mind you its already been 5. Just horrible. unorganized, waist of time.
Building contracts with one company should be illegal. The lack of competition allows the company to slack.
