Very upset with this company and it’s delivery policies. The salesman was great but their delivery setup is the worst I have ever seen. Would not recommend this company until they get their delivery dept. in order. There is no communication between the store and the drivers. We are about to cancel our $ 5,000 purchase over it. I gave them 1 star because I couldn’t give them less.

We walked into this store off street and were greeted promptly by Frank who made us feel at home and gave us a wonderful education on mattresses. We purchased a phenomenal memory foam mattress on the spot. Highly recommend!

Ordered a mattress here. Sales clerks were very helpful. I asked for same day delivery and was told that would not be a problem in the 6p-​9p time slot. I provided two cellphone numbers for the delivery folks. At 10p I still have no mattress and no one has been in contact with me to update on the status of the delivery. I appreciate that unexpected events occur but a telephone call is a must. At this point I do not know if or when I will receive my mattress. Very poor customer service!
UPDATE: Mattress Firm corporate made it right. Contacted directly by corporate leadership and were every good to work with it.

Emmanuel helped my fiancé and I find the perfect bed for our guest room in a matter of minutes. His knowledge of all the items on the sales floor is impressive. He was charismatic and when we showed up late and asked for the time they closed, he said they’d be open for as long as we’d need them too. Plus, this store has a lot to choose from. We will definitely return in the future for more products.

My wife and I went here simply because it was on our way. When we were in the store we decided to Unilocal it and see what people were saying. It only had one not so good review but we know you can’t always trust the bad. We gave them a chance and it was worth it. We met a great sales person, i think Christopher was his name. He gave us lots of great information to help us decide what bed to go with and was very nice throughout the entire experience. He wasn’t pushy at all. After laying on several beds we made a decision and it was smooth and easy. We got the bed we wanted and scheduled delivery exactly when we wanted. Great experience and would highly recommended seeing Christopher.

The delivery guy was an hour late. The salesperson guy was incredibly pushy and made me feel completely overwhelmed. My boyfriend ended up buying a mattress from them but I almost had an anxiety attack from the guy. The sales guy said we were getting a great deal… My fault we should have done better research. They have a comparison price match but the mattress companies sell their stuff to different places with different names. It’ll be the same exact product but with two different names. So yeah it’s pretty impossible to price match. I’m so disappointed because it feels so much firmer. I want to sleep on the couch now. Ugh
