7÷13÷2015 — All I have to say is that the customer service you get from Jenn is worth coming here. She greeted me before I got to the desk, introduced herself, and gave me my paperwork. As I sat filling in the paperwork, every person was greeted, some by name, some by friendly funny greetings. She ran that front desk like a boss!
Dr. Markson is awesome. I explained that I was running and felt a little tight. He explained he is a runner as well and gave me some great tips on stretching. I left the room an inch taller I’m sure after I was adjusted.
When I checked out Jenn explained in detail how my insurance had changed from when I had been there last. She made my next appointment and I was on my way.
Jenn is the hardest working front desk associate I’ve ever seen. She never missed a beat from greeting the patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones and ringing up charges. She is a GEM!
