This review is specifically about the way the Manager(Bevin, I believe his name is) handled our situation. This was our second time at this location. Our first experience was very pleasant. This time, however, the boneless wings we ordered came just above room temperature and rock hard. Given that the place was packed, we did not send them back to the kitchen. When we asked for the check, however, we politely asked for the boneless wings to be removed from it and to speak to the manager. Our server, Lissette, was extremely sweet and apologetic. Our server returned and informed us(embarrassed, by the way) that the manager Bevin took $ 15 off the check and told her to tell us we should have sent the wings back to the kitchen. I cannot care less how much these wings cost. What truly infuriates me is the lack of decency and concern this manager had towards the situation. Bevin(or whatever your name is) you are in the HOSPITALITY business. You took the easy way out and issued a simple credit without any concern of how the food is coming out of your kitchen or your client’s experience in the place you’re supposed to lead. Needless to say, we will not be back.

Okay. Just decided to try them again after a bad experience when they first opened. I purchased lemon pepper wings. Well they were more like lemon pepper jerky, hard, crunchy, absolutely terrible. Got a gift card for Christmas 2015, said try again. Horrible! lemon pepper wings, again dry, crunchy, horrible… dried up carrot sticks with white film… cold old fries… need I say more. Please, be ware when placing a to go order, check and double check your food! Item was missing from my bag and had to go back. Absolute worst experience. I will stick to Wing Stop.

Their food is excellent as well as the service. Great value all day with specials for lunch and for dinners on certain days.

My girlfriend and I live 10 minutes from this place and honestly have given it several chances. But every time they seem to fail on the lack of service they provide. Food takes about 30 min to arrive and the waiters just seems to not know what they are doing. Horrible do not come here.

Had the mild wings that were decent, along with a nice whiskey. Place had potential and the server Amanda did a great job!

B-dubs is a solid wing place, and you never get bored of the flavors. Service is typical of a wing bar.

This is most like all Buffalo Wild Wings in the restaurant chain. It all depends who is cooking in the back. Ive been here more then a handful of times. 1st time here was a disaster, fries were half the size and the wings were dry even though I put extra wet on the order. Past few times I’ve been here they have improved. Good wings and fries. Order was on point. Just make sure you check your order before leaving the restaurant.

I eat at this resturant often. I love the people well most of them. ha and the service is usually great. However I have had some servers that are not so good whom I have spoken with the manager about and it gets taken care of. If you’re ever ing the area this is always a good choice for some wings and beer if you like that kind of meal!

If you come here, you have to try the wings!!! Patrons are allowed to sample 7 different wing sauces(they will give you fries for dipping) before deciding which sauce(s) to order. This place is great to watch the game and if you are a BuzzTime NTN Trivia buff, you can play it here. I have been to the Pembroke Pines location twice and this one once. Plenty of parking and its located on the outside of the mall near Macy’s. Tons of TVs everywhere.

A nice sports lounge, but the wings are frozen and served in paper boats. It’s literal fast food. I know these places are popular, but there are 10 places I’d rather watch a game. It’s just not good enough.

Buffalo Wild Wings in general is a place I enjoy. It’s a chain, yes, but I love their wings. This review is specifically for their, «speed lunch menu». I got to Buffalo Wild Wings unaware of this new speed lunch menu. The host asks, «are you here on a lunch break?» «Yes», I reply. Great, he says, follow me. Server comes and both myself and my lunch guest order from said lunch menu. I order boneless and he orders actual wings. I also order a side salad. An hour later, yes an hour later, our food comes. Both of us get wings even though I ordered boneless. At this point I cannot complain about this because I literally am already late to be back to the office. I ate my wings in such a rush that I never even got the chance to enjoy them. I work across the street from the mall and my overall lunch was an hour and twenty two minutes because of this visit. Ironically, I said before ordering that we could probably get anything because the place was pretty empty– boy was I wrong. I will never go to lunch here again unless I am planning on getting fired.

Very nice environment. Best place to hang with friends and family. And if you are a person who love chicken wings, this is the place for you. Only down side I can say is, I did the challenge and people who won they take your pic. But they don’t show it out anywhere so I don’t do it anymore. Grt services

I’m going with 2, but it could be so much better! I first was exposed to Buffalo Wild Wings in Las Vegas… it’s definitely a chain restaurant, but they have a wide variety of food. This particular location is in the Broward Mall and then even offer outside seating as well. Again, another restaurant that was SUB-ARCTIC, uncomfortably so. BRING A SWEATER! What I will say is they now(and I don’t know how long this has been going on) hand out iPads to each table«upon request». So the kids can play games and the adults can play other«players» in a multitude of games like Texas Hold ‘em & Trivia, it’s displayed on a a couple of the tv’s in the location. Back to the reason we went… the food… they are supposed to be infamous for their«wings»; however, I really like them because they have a TON of tv’s for sports watching. Our server was so freaking slow… I mean people sat after us and had drinks… people sat after us and closed their bill out and we were still waiting on our food. We ordered 2 margaritas, which I’m not lying took 15 – 20 mins to get to us. However, they were indeed delicious. My friend ordered the salt ‘n vinegar wings(amazingly good) and the veggie and hummus platter(not bad, very healthy), I was boring and ordered a chicken sandwich with a side of carrots/celery/ranch instead of fries(again very good). Here’s what they are missing… a condiment bar. They have probably 20+ different wing sauces ranging from sweet, to hot, to Indian curry, to Thai, etc etc and while they don’t up charge you when you order more than one… I feel bad about ordering 10! But believe you me, if given the opportunity to attack a condiment bar(alal Tijuana Flats style or Whole Enchilada Salsa Bar) I would be one VERY happy camper! So will I go back??? Inevitably yes. mainly b/c I like the food(&sauces), mainly b/c it’s close to my house and gives a better alternative to Duffys or Bokampers, I like the iPad concept, they have a $ 3 happy hour which I would like to try, and mainly b/c they have a sh1t ton of tv’s to watch my Gators on. Service was way below sub par, could it be better, totally… but it is what it is.

Place smelt like a locker room, after ordering our beer we asked the waiter, jessi, to see if we can try a beer they had and she proceeded to bring over the manager who checked our IDs(after she put in our beer order). They made it seem like we committed a crime when she was the one who offered for us to have a taste. The carrots were gray and weren’t fresh at all. Overall bad experience.

Not a fan :( I’ve had BWW in North Florida before and liked it. They recently came down here to South Florida and I was excited to have them here. I’ve been to this location a few times and Im not impressed at all. We’ve always been seated quickly, however the service is never that great. The staff is kind of ghetto … Sorry to say that, but it’s true. They all have attitudes and are rude. No one really wants to be there(you can tell). The food is gross. It taste frozen … The beer is t good either. The only thing I like are the TV’s for sporting events. Sorry BWW but you missed the mark with this location.

What can I say? I’ve been here a few times and the food is alright. Normally I wait until Tuesdays and Thursdays for their promos to get wings because in my opinion they aren’t much to scream about but I don’t mind paying promo price for them. I have tried a few flavors but I always go back to the Asian Zing sauce. It’s the perfect amount of heat and sweetness. The last time I visited I had the boneless wings with Teriyaki sauce instead but it was just too salty for my palate. The wings themselves had a faint freezer taste. The regular wings are much better. Although I’m not much of a wing girl, BWW is okay in my books.

I’m not sure why the reviews for this place are so bad. I had a great experience at this BWW location. I particularly like that it is close to me. It is located in the Broward Mall but it does not have mall hours. On a week night they were open until 1am. I should warn you that it gets pretty loud in here, but isn’t that the type of environment you are looking for when watching a football game. Now on to what we really care about. the food. The food tasted pretty good to me. Standard wings place food. I will warn you so you don’t make the same mistake as me. The«mild» is extremely spicy, more like a «medium». The food is described and sounds much more appetizing than it really is. The french fries did not taste like salt and vinegar. It was good but the flavor was not there. Also, the potato wedges is the same thing – no sour cream flavor. Last observation, the portions are pretty tiny compared to most similar restaurants. Overall though, I would come back to watch another game. Not so much for then food but for the environment.

I usually don’t review new restaurants after going there soon after it opens but BWW is a chain and they know what they are all about. Pros: If you want to watch a football game or almost every other sport, they have a ton of large screen TVs that are placed very well. The prices are not too bad and their portion sizes are good. The appetizers were very good and they have a decent selection of them. They offer lots of different sauces for their boneless & traditional wings. They have all sorts of traditional, BBQ, crazy spicy and many others. If you are going to drink some beers and watch some games then this would give a nice new option. Cons: If you don’t like spicy food, stick to the mild sauces only. If you plan on taking a date here to impress her, I wouldn’t suggest it. The service is good but the quality & taste of the food is not really up to par. There are many other sports restaurants within 2 miles around BWW that will give you much better options.

I was really excited to see this new wing establishment to open and sad it took me a week to finally treat my taste buds to it. Although there are a lot of wing places and sports bar in the area, this has been one of those chains that are highly advertised everywhere but there’s never one in your own backyard. This Buffalo Wild Wings It is located near the entrance of the food court in Broward Mall and has awesome curb appeal with its enormous flat screen TVs pointed into the streets as you drive by it. I knew I was in for a great experience. I walked in the doors Sunday 7:30PM just as a Heat game was about to start. The place was packed and there was a wait for a table so we decided take a bar top. It was loud like any other sports bar is, it was clean and decorated nicely. The staff were friendly and seemed happy to work there as we encounters nothing but enthusiastic faces. Now let’s talk about the dining experience. I feel sad to say that first impressions were not superb on their level of service but I will let them slide just this once since they just opened a week ago and hope that the staff improve on their training. My girlfriend and I ordered two drinks. A miller light draft and a pumpkin old fashion. The server offered us water and brought it quickly and took out order. Now here comes the rather disappointing stuff. It stated with us asking simple stuff about the menu like how many wings came in a dish or suggestions for the flavors and our waitress was not able to answer them, she had to leave our table to find out for us. Our mozzarella sticks came out but our drinks were still not brought to us. Yea we had water, but that was not a great move since we had ordered our drinks before the app. When the waitress finally brought us our drinks, we were done with appetizers and my girlfriends cup was chipped. We had to flag her down to get us another miller light.(My pumpkin old fashion was amazing). It was twice that we had asked for miller light during our visit and both times our waitress got us yuengling. Our food came out good. We had half boneless Parmesan garlic which were to die for and the other half was bbq hot. They are not kidding when they say hot. Another disappointment was that we asked loaded French fries with our wings and we only got plain. It sometimes just comes down to service. I’m not bashing this place at all, I think the mozzarella sticks were one of the best I’ve had in a while, the wings were cooked to perfection and the mixed drinks were on point with the right amount of liquor to mix ratio. This place was lacking well trained servers but at least they were friendly and enthusiastic. I am sure they need a few weeks to get it right as I will definitely come back here. But for now 3 stars overall, 4 stars on the flavor!

There is a new business in town and it is a wing place! Just what we needed… another wing place! Although I am really not too enthusiastic about another wing establishment to join the hordes of existing ones in the area, it seems the rest of the community is, as evidenced by the crowds here less than a week after this Buffalo Wild Wings opened. I know this is a chain and I had not eaten at a Buffalo Wild Wings before. My kids were very excited that one had opened nearby. The place is one large room and very loud. Some sports bars have a little bit of an ambiance(i.e Geronimo’s in Davie) but this has no ambiance at all. It is more like a school cafeteria environment. Kudos to the staff who were very enthusiastic and friendly. Our server brought our drinks immediately. I am always impressed when the server actually brings tons of extra lemon when I ask for extra lemon with my iced tea. The«captain» also jovially introduced himself to us and described his duties. He was very friendly and gave us some food and wing sauce suggestions when prompted. He was also very gracious about catering to the game channels we requested. We ordered two appetizers which were the best parts of my meal: The Garlic Chicken Flatbread was crispy and tasty. I loved the soft pretzels. Three large pretzels came in the order and they were hot, fairly crispy on the outside and soft & doughy on the inside. These pretzels were better than many I have eaten on the streets of NYC! They came with mustard(which none of us ate) and a cheese sauce, which was kind of like cheese whiz but it still tasted like really good junk food! My 10 year old son & husband ordered the boneless wings, some with Parmesan Garlic sauce and some with Barbeque sauce. The Boneless Wings taste like really crunchy chicken nuggets. The Parmesan Garlic ones had a nice flavor and the BBQ was a little too tart, but this type of wing was way too deep fried for me. My 11 year old son had no complaints about the pulled pork sandwich except that the sauce(on the side) was very spicy. There were a few tempting salads on the menu but when in Rome… Since I was in a wing place I felt I really had to try the wings(and when I eat wings, its traditional style!). I got a small order of Spicy Garlic and Asian Zing Wings. I have had better sauces and better wings. The wings were too«soft», missing a level of crispness a good wing has. Perhaps ordering them«well done» as Frank B. suggested when reviewing the Coral Springs location, might have helped. The sauces were fair. I liked the Asian Zing more than the Spicy Garlic but both were pretty weak in flavor. I don’t even think I finished half of my wings. I hate to sound redundant as I know I have mentioned both places in reviews before, but if you are really going for the wings, go to JT’s in Pembroke Pines or Billy’s in Davie. Even Bokamper’s wings are better than these. I would not be adverse to giving the place one more shot if the family wanted to go. As I mentioned, the salads sounded good and if I ever need a carb fix, there are those pretzels…
