I recently had an eye exam with Ellen Chait at this location and it was the best experience I’ve had with an optometrist– hands down.
I had eye surgery about a year ago (torn retina in one eye, detached in another) and with my previous eye doctors, they never addressed the problem until it was too late. I would tell them my symptoms and they wrote me off. Fast forward a year later, I needed to renew my eye prescription and decided to go to LensCrafters since my insurance is with them and the location is so close to my house. With my previous experience, I wasn’t expecting much. Ellen Chait not only got me THE BEST prescription for my eyes, but understood my symptoms and explained everything to me in greater detail. She’s knowledgeable and such a pleasant person to be around, I would definitely recommend her for your eye care needs.
Also, scheduling an appointment is easy! You can either call the office or make an appointment online. Walk-​ins are also welcome, but I wouldn’t rely on that since appointment times are limited and fill up fast.

Willow Bend Vision Care was my first choice because it is incredibly convenient to my home, but I definitely got lucky in finding some place so close but also top notch. They have Saturday hours, and making an appointment was very easy. You can also just pop in next door and get your glasses. Great place to go!

Great optometrist. Friendly inviting atmosphere and staff with all modern equipment. Highly recommend. I will definitely be returning next year.

I went into LensCrafters BC I saw they were have a promotion going on and I decided to check out the frames. I saw some I liked and the staff told me to go next door to schedule an appointment with the eye doctor and they placed my frames on hold. They also raved about how amazing they were next door. So I walked inside and was met with friendly faces and scheduled an appointment for the next available, earliest time, Monday at 10 am since it was a Friday almost at closing time.
Monday morning, I get there, the front desk lady was nice and liked my name, Ace, and we chatted about it and she was very helpful when it came to filling out the paperwork. I go in, do standard letter readings, meet Dr. Ko, whom is such a great, nice lady, I do some more letter readings, and I get my eyes dilated. Eye exam was only $ 42 after insurance. Blurry for a few hours but I had nothing else to do that day but wait.

Dr. Ko is extremely knowledgeable and as pleasant as can be. Her staff is always friendly and it is clear they all enjoy working together. I highly recommend this practice!

Dr. Ko and staff are excellent in what they do. They provide a very professional atmosphere along with being very courteous and prompt. I take my entire family
of five here and Dr. Ko takes such good care of us. Her judgement of our optical needs are always spot on so I know we are in good hands.
