I have been a insurance customer with a wide range of companies and agents. I have to say that this agent has superb customer service. They seem to take very good care of the customer. They also seem to place communicating with the customer high on the list. I have yet to have to file a claim with state farm so I can not review or comment on the claim experience. I also have to mention that rates through this agent seem to be competetive as well.
