Love this place. Took over the Wendy’s that used to be there for years. I’m a big fan that they have a drive thru. Basically when I want Lyfe Kitchen type food and I don’t want to get out of the car to get it, I go to Wholesome. That tends to be often. Brent, the night manager, is always helpful and friendly. He told me to try the Kobe burger and it was great. The sweet potato fries are hard to resist. For the value play, get the breakfast tacos for $ 4.99(can order any time of day, big plus) and the steel cut oatmeal for $ 1.99. You’ll be full and enjoy your food. They have sriracha if you want a little kick to your food. If you want to go inside, they did a good job maximizing the seating in a cool way. All around, I’m happy to support this business on a regular basis. Only downfall, I crave it the most on Sundays for whatever reason and like Chick-fil-a, they are not open. While I respect it being closed on Sundays, selfishly, I just wish it was open!

Food was good. Service was good. I ordered a salmon burger on a gluten free bun and I was not disappointed. It had a caper spread on it that paired perfectly with the salmon. And the salmon patty is made with GF bread crumbs, so no allergies concerns there. The baked kale chips were good, and the container they came in was adorable. They are straight up baked kale leaves with salt, so obviously you should only order this if you like kale. It’s not very big though, so don’t expect to be satisfied with just this. The burger came wrapped up in a foil/paper wrapper similar to what you’d expect at a fast food joint, and the kale chips were in a box resembling a french fry holder. I’m not big on fast food – infact, I can’t remember the last time I was at a place with a drive-thru, so this was kinda nostalgic to me. For all the people who want to eat healthier but can’t let go of their fast food habits, this place is perfect!

Expensive but very yummy and great quality. I like the quinoa salad with chicken. Great option for healthy food on the go.

This is great however over priced on all the items. Everything from the salad to the wraps. If they were to be more competitive and reduce there price list I can see more business. Again OVERPRICE!!!‘ For the quality I’d recommend to go to chick fila. Save have the cost on what they charge on there menu. It’s obvious they don’t watch the profit and understand margins if they did there would be lines and customers there. Noticed when I drive bye it’s empty… Hopefully they will learn and not the hard way.

Excellent service from staff, CLEAN, convenient hours, great vibe. I wanted to order one of everything. We ordered a few different items and they were all delicious. They even left the ginger out of the fresh squeezed juice I ordered. Plus, any place that serves breakfast all day gets a head start in my book. We will definitely be back!

I had the fish tacos-delicious. Kid had the turkey burger and he also really liked it. Will be back! FYI fresh pressed juices are $ 1 during happy hour.

This place is amazing! I love their menu. I have tried their fish tacos, their black bean and quinoa burger, and their turkey burger, and they are all amazing! I hope this hidden little gem sticks around! It’s an excellent, original idea to have drive thru health food around here!

I was very excited to try this new place by my work. the menu looked enticing with fresh items. I ordered the black bean burger and the fish tacos. the black bean lacked taste and I had to add hot sauce to give it a little flavor. Also the burger was not keeping its shape. I was very sad it was not that good as I love black bean burgers even though I am a meat lover. The fish tacos were better. Two came to an order but again needing a sauce. I added hot sauce to this as well and it was not bad. The worst part was I was still hungry later and one of my co workers even went back to get another side to fill up. With the prices and lack of flavor I don’t think I will be going back.

Haters gonna Hate. Don’t be deceived by the occasional low review. If you know what healthy food actually looks like, then go no further, because this place gets it. They have the freshest ingredients around! I’ve been here multiple times, and I’m more than pleased with every experience. The bison burgers are to die for. The chicken jerk wrap is also a winner, add on some jalapeños for some extra kick, and wow! It’s a tad on the expensive side, but no more than Chili’s would be, and in my opinion, at about a hundred times better quality. You leave feeling refreshed and satisfied. No additives, no fillers, just quality, wholesome grub!

Tasty yet tiny. The environment was clean, the vegetables were fresh, the service was great. However, the portion sizes are extremely small for what you pay for. You have to order three things off the menu, and you still won’t get full.

Great food and really awesome staff. Perfect lunch place. I highly recommend it. I’ve had all the burgers and everyone is delicious. The fish tacos are great and they have the cheapest healthy breakfast in town.

Everything about this concept is great. Good quality, healthy, fast food. Is it possible? The answer is yes. I had the bison burger which was good. There were too many greens on it for my liking personally, but it certainly felt healthy and actually filled you up. For an up-charge, you can get the bun gluten free, which we did on my kid’s Bison burger. It was a good sized patty for a kid’s item. It also came with a good amount of fries, which may or may not decrease it’s health factor. The service was good and they were patient with explaining the menu and our ordering process. Of course there was no one else in the restaurant at the time. We did specifically mention that the kid’s burger was to have no cheese and the cashier even went back and told the cook and it still came out with cheese, so we had to wait for that to be redone, which was not fun with a toddler waiting for their food. Other than that, this place is good and I will try the chicken wrap next time we are there.

The service here is GREAT! I’ve been able to try several things before purchasing them. The restaurants staff members are all very nice and professional. The prices are good for great quality fresh food that has REAL ingredients. The southwestern quinoa salad was amazing! It doesn’t have a dressing on it but the ingredients complemented each other so well that I devoured it! They have free fresh water with mint, Lemon, lime and his seeds. I’ve had their oatmeal, omelette, quino salas, Farro salad, seaweed salad, basil pesto jerk chicken wrap, sweet potato fries, hummus, fresh juice, bottled fresh juice, hemp protein brownie, and their bison burger which was the only thing I was wowed with. The burger needed to be seasoned… It was lacking something. I totally recommended this place.

I saw some friends check in and post pictures via social media, so I bookmarked this place. I decided to give it a try since it is close to me. I’m happy that more restaurants are popping up that are offering healthier options. They have a drive thru here. I ordered the turkey burger and a side of sweet potato fries. The turkey burger was really good, and the sweet potato fries were probably some of the best I’ve tried. They also offer breakfast here, so I’ll come back. I definitely cannot wait to try other menu items. The only downside is this place is a little pricey for it being a fast food place.

I wish I lived closer to this place! I love how it’s so low key here and fast-foody but also super health-conscious. They have so many cool drink options including specialty sodas, flavored waters, and fresh juice. I’ve had the seaweed soba noodle salad, fish tacos, chicken wrap, and tomato basil soup. Fish tacos were pretty regular, seaweed soba noodle salad was kind of small and I still felt hungry after eating it, the chicken wrap was delicious, and I love the tomato basil soup(so thick and a little bit spicy!). They also have a drive-thru, which is AWESOME. The people who work here are so helpful and were able to answer all my questions and give me suggestions. I still haven’t tried their juices though but I’ll be back soon.

My boyfriend and I heard about this restaurant from a friend and decided to give it a try one night. Normally we are heavy meat eaters but we were doing a cleanse so we were limited to fruits/veggies and a few other items. We decided to try a few different items on the menu that fell into our diet category options. We ordered the hummus, oatmeal, quinoa salad, green machine salad and the black bean burger. The hummus was very good. We subbed raw squash and broccoli instead of the chips or whatever goes with it. The oatmeal was pretty bland and boring. It didn’t have any bit of a honey flavor as they claimed. Pretty flavorless overall. The quinoa salad was great but very heavy in onion. The green machine salad we ordered to go for lunch the next day. I wish they would have put the dressing on the side and not on the salad because it was really soggy the next day. The black bean burger was definitely one of the worst I’ve had. The patty fell apart when you picked it up. It basically tasted like dried black beans mashed together. It lacked quinoa, additional veggies and seasoning. While we sat there I was a bit bothered to see two kids walk in, walk around the counter and hang out with the employees like it was happy hour. I don’t want random people hanging out where my food is prepared. Not to mention I watched a few of the guys reach into the refrigerator and eat items. Pretty sure that goes against health regulations. I’m still up in the air as to whether I’ll return or not. The food was ok. I liked that everything was healthy. The employees and their actions are what really killed it for me. Maybe I’ll give it some time and then try them again.

Reading the reviews of this restaurant, I was a little unsure. I generally eat and cook pretty healthy. However, a lot of «healthy» restaurants do tend to be bland or boring, or they simply aren’t truly that healthy. This place completely surprised me. A lot of people complained about the prices. Sure if you are comparing against true fast food like Wendys or McDonalds, yes its probably more expensive. If you are comparing against fast casual like Chipotle it is not. While this place has a drive through, I would consider it more in the fast casual space largely due to the quality of food. I came in for lunch on a Friday around noon. I love the options they have and it was nice being good Friday that they had healthy seafood options. I got the fish tacos. They cost $ 5 for two pretty large tacos. This is inline for a lot of the other tacos places around — Fuzzys, Torchys, etc. Compared to many places I have been too, the tacos were large and chocked full of flavor. The fish filets were large and marinaded with fresh herbs and citrus. The pickled onion, tzatziki and slaw on top added crunchy, sour and sweet balances. They also gave me 2 salsas and a hot sauce to go along. All three were a great compliment, but there is plenty of flavor without them I also love the environment, bright colors and definitely a little more upscale then most fast food restaurants. The service was fast for me, getting my order in about 3 minutes from ordering. My only complaints — wish it was closer to my house and that they have their website more detailed on the menus and have to go and catering menus. I also talked to friends who tried it the same day for breakfast and also loved it. This will be my go to take out place when I am willing to drive a little further.

Wholesome Grub is where Whole Foods meets Fast Food… and the result is quick healthy eats. While they are open for breakfast, I’ve only dined here for lunch. As mentioned in other reviews, their menu is on the small side but full of healthy choices. Because it is on the healthier side, be prepared to pay a little more than you would at McDonalds, Burger King, etc. So far my favorite item is the turkey burger with sweet potato fries. Mine has always been cooked to perfection and full of flavor. It’s served on a gluten free bun(which does not taste gluten free) with fresh veggies(lettuce, spring mix, red onion tomatoes) and American cheese(I’m getting hungry just thinking about it). And who doesn’t like sweet potato fries??? I’ve dined inside as well as ordering from the drive through. On each occurrence service has always been on point. My order has always come out as ordered. The staff has been friendly and attentive when taking my order. And when dining inside, they always brought me my order(versus an order intended for someone else). If I lived closer I would be a frequent diner(more frequent than I am). If you’re in the area and looking for a healthier alternative check them out.
