I used to come to this location regularly so was surprised by how horrible my sandwich was. I had ordered a roast beef sandwich– the roast beef was so tough that I could not bite through it. I thought it might just be a slice with a little gristle. Nope. I pulled out the meet and couldn’t even tear it with my fingers. This is supposed to be deli meat — it felt like a piece of rubber. Gross. Also both the Coke and Barq’s root beer were out on the fountain, the Sprite tasted like carbonated Plano water. My daughter’s turkey sandwich was okay which is why this place got one star from me. I really wish I had read the reviews before I came here. I won’t be back.

I normally like which Wich but this location doesn’t know«Which» wich they’re making. I ordered a tomato mozzarella and I got a mozzarella. My husband orders buffalo chicken he got buffalo turkey(WHICH was pretty good but that’s not the point.)

Omg are we eating at the same place?! Maybe I got them on a bad day because this was undoubtedly the absolute worse sandwich I have ever had! The bread was so stale! Omg !! I can’t even think of going back! The cashier had absolutely no personality and continued to remind customers they close in 2 mins although the they were already in line waiting! The manager went in the back and never came back out so the guy collecting the money also made the sandwiches! Absolute horrible experience ! Agin the bread was damn stale I thought it was molded! I didn’t even eat the whole sandwich and I paid 14.00 for it! Just the sandwich!!! Overpriced, overrated, and just not good at all!!! HATEDIT!

Great concept and simple to choose what you want and don’t want on your sandwich. I was impressed also with the quickness my order was available and will definitely be a repeat customer.

I’m a germaphobe, so this really caught my eye. This is about their lack of sanitary practices, mainly one. So the knife they use to cut sandwiches is the same thing they use to move receipts down that line over their heads. These receipts are handled by the cashier who handles money from customers. As we all know, money is dirty. You do not put money in your mouth. And some people don’t wash their hands. And those clips that hold the receipts? Who knows what scum those go through! I am overly disgusted by this. There is no wiping the knife between prepping your sandwich and moving those receipts clipped up and vice versa. I’ve witnessed this happen several times and will not be eating here again until this practice changes.

I had to give them four stars because I ordered a chicken parmesan sub and it didn’t look like chicken parmesan. It tasted like chicken parmesan but didn’t look like it. It looked like sandwich meat and also the meat was a little cold. I would still come back here.

Absolutely great sandwiches! Ill admit the first time ordering can be intimidating with all the options and filling it out on the bag. After the first time and you get it, the ordering is actually fun. Fresh everything! Nice size portions too. Many different meats and cheeses.

My kids and I eat lunch at Which Wich every time we go to the Willow Bend Mall. Their sandwiches are very good and reasonably priced. I personally love the Wicked and my kids love the ham and cheese with the crust cut off.

This shop is inside the Willow bend Mall. One of the better options at their food court. The way you order is a bit different from other places, you take a paper wrapper and mark everything you want in the sandwich. They have 3 – 4 options for each category. so makes your sandwich much more interesting and tasty. It does get crazy during lunch times, with scores of soccer moms and teens lining up for a healthy option.

I love this place big time!!! I’m a big sandwich fan and this place has great tasting sandwiches fast and cheap. I love the way you order too. That way you can build your wich on the paper wrapper and send it down the line to be made when you’ve finished. I tried the meatloaf and the pesto chicken. Both were very good. Way way better than any fast food sandwich place I’ve tried. Maybe even better than some specialty shops. the bread is perfect. Toasted lightly on the outside and the inside is soft and chewy. Yum! YUM!!! I wished they’d open one by me in Cali!

I just moved to Dallas and discovered this sandwich place. I’ve always been a fan of Quizno’s, but after trying Which Wich I’ve changed my opinion. Best sandwich in Plano!(from what I’ve tasted so far…) I love the option to enter your order and customize as much as you please. They even put on(a little bit) of onions just as I asked. Great customer service!

YUM! I am a sandwich fanatic and the fact that I could create my own was absolutely wonderful. You just take a paper bag with all of the options, categorized by food type(bread, meat, cheese, veggies, sauces, etc.), and check off what you want. I chose wheat bread, chicken, hot sauce, pepperjack cheese, ranch, red onion and lettuce. There are so many choices, though, including a shrimp po boy and other unique sandwich items. The sammies are served hot, kind of like Potbelly’s, so if toasted warm deli sandwiches aren’t your fave, head to Chick-Fil-A for something different — we actually would have dined there if they were open on Sundays! Glad we tried this place though.

OHHHHHH How I love you Which wich!!! I recently discovered this place a few months ago and loved the different combos. Most sandwich places just give you a choice of a few meats and cheeses. This place you can choose not only the different meat and cheese but the type of mustard, mayo and various pickles. Oh my I’m in heaven. You can also choose a healthy sandwich or a dripping with grease sandwich. Some days I’m in the mood for a turkey healthy good sub then other days I’m up for a greasy Italian and cheese sub. The staff is also a great relief. They seem actually happy to serve you the best!!!

I have just done a review on the other location on Preston in Plano.(very awkward sentence…) This location is actually inside the Willowbend Mall. Once again, I went because the sammiches were only 99 cents. If you read my other reviews, you may notice I gave the Preston location 4 stars. This location, I am giving two stars. The sammiches, once again, are ho hum. I would much rather go to Potbelly, or Quiznos, or maybe even Subway. The reason I give this location two less stars is you could tell the employees didn’t want to be there. And I understand wholeheartedly. It was an endless line of bags for them to fill, and you could see the frustration on their faces as people just stared at the sandwich makers as they… made sandwiches. So the service here was crappy, and pair it with a meh… I’ve experienced better sandwich… and you get a rating of Meh. I’ve experienced better. P. S. — I should have went to the Chinese restaurant as a I waited in line… the pictures looked so tasty. Oh well.

Yum Yum! I had a turkey reuben here for lunch today and it was delicious. The bread tasted awesome and fresh and the fillings were just right. Best part was that I got my lunch in a timely fashion, something that hasn’t happen this entire trip.

There’s nothing quite like a rockin’ sandwich to make your day. Which Wich is ahead of the game compared to their franchised sandwich rivals. You walk up and grab a brown paper bag with your sandwich type on it and with a sharpie marker, start checking off what you’d like to top it with(boy is that fun) then hand it to the sandwich makers. Surprisingly they have lots of Vegetarian options. I was daring enough to try their hummus sandwich and topped it off with avocado, crispy onion strings, green olives, and a squirt of mustard and you know what, it was one of the best Vegetarian subs I’ve ever had! It really rocked my sandwich socks off! My friend tried a Spam and Egg sandwich and she liked it a lot. I’ve also had their Chicken Salad sandwich which was good also. All their sandwiches come toasted. I also noticed they’ve got a meatloaf sandwich. I may try that next time since it’s my favorite comfort food. If you’re shopping in Willow Bend mall and cravin’ a great sandwich give Which Wich a try :)

I had never been to this place before, even though I had been to the mall plenty of times. My husband and I got the Shrimp Po-boy. We each made it our own way of course. It turned out to be a good sandwhich. I like the fact that you can choose what you want and are not limited to a certain amount to choose(i.e. you have a list of 10 ingrediants and it only allows you to choose 2 any more than that would be a charge). I think the only dowside was that the sandwhiches need to be bigger. It was good snack, but I would have to get 2 to make me happy. I probably would only eat 1 ½, and I know that if it wasn’t enough for me it wasn’t enough for my husband. The other thing was the girl that was making our food and taking the orders was not friendly either.

Which Wich is a sandwich(duh) place in Willow Bend mall’s food court. It’s pretty good, and 1 of the few ‘healthy’ options in that place. You check your order off on a brown paper bag and pay, and they return your sandwich back in that bag. An innovative and green way of ordering and packing food; I approve. The sandwich itself was pretty decent. The bread was a little hard, and the sandwich a bit small, but the price was right at $ 4.75(Add another dollar for a wicked wich, which has more meat and cheese). Their shakes are pretty yummy too(try strawberry). I’d eat here again while shopping.
