Dr. Waldo office has hospitalists that are the intermediary between the hospital and their office next door. He is always attentive and has won top doctors in D magazine every year for over 10 years. He is specialized in emergency care and is very good with patients that has complicated health problems. He has literally saved my life twice. As a friend, as previous secretary, and a patient for over 15 years I can testify that he is excellent. He serves on the ethics board at Baylor Plano so patient centered care is extremely important to him. As a someone who used to be in the medical field(and from the patient’s point of view) generally it is really hard to understand what to tell a physician and what questions to ask. This is not a reflection of him personally but of all of my physicians and as a result of all of my hospital stays. Pick a doctor that you trust, that will listen to all of your concerns, and will explain what you need to know. That is why, many years ago before I worked with him, I choose Dr. Waldo.

Please do not EVER take any of your loved ones to see this so-called«doctor». Because of his negligence, I hold him responsible for my father’s death. My dad was 65. On his death certificate, «Dr.» Waldo stated that the immediate cause of death was«terminal cardiorespiratory arrest» even though no autopsy was done. My dad was in and out of the hospital several times over 6 months for bowel obstructions, and although Waldo was his primary care physician, while my dad was in the hospital, Waldo ONLY walked across the BRIDGE from his office to the hospital ONCE, because my mother walked over to his office and made a scene. Although while in the hospital my dad was literally STEPS away from Waldo’s office the whole time, Waldo never even attempted to come over and assess my dad’s illness. Take care of your health and the health of your loved ones, and do some thorough research to find a competent and attentive medical practitioner. Dr. Waldo is not it.
