Villas of Preston Creek Apartments

In order to give my review I had to give it one star but in reality this place doesn’t even deserve any stars.
I moved in 5÷12÷12 to what I thought would be a nice place for my son and I. Walk through was rushed but I managed to take pics and take notes which I sent to the management office. Carpet partially dirty, bathrooms were not cleaned. Now two years later and poor quality apartment these people kept $ 260 of my deposit. I had left apartment in better shape than they gave it to me. Carpets were professionally cleaned, bathrooms were left spotless, windows and kitchen were thoroughly cleaned.
This management company will rip you off at all costs. First place to charge for painting (which I never even put up anything on the walls) for normal wear and tear.
I’m not one to write reviews but I cannot allow others to move here without warning. Maintenance is horrible and slow and leasing office give you the run around.
Crime lately had picked up reason why I moved out and for their unprofessional dealings.
I have plenty of pictures and I hope I can post.

Pretty nice place to live. I have a 10×10 yard which is nice for my dog. The office staff is pretty nice. They are pretty quick to respond to service requests. I think all units have an attached garage. The keep the grounds manicured pretty well. There is valet trash pick up outside of your garage on Monday and Thursday.
