One word describes our experience with Van Poole Properties, «PERFECT»! Living in Southern California we were very concerned about finding someone to be our eyes and ears in Dallas while working for our best interests. We found that and so much more! The team approach worked beautifully. Sharmy and Carolina worked closely to identify property that fit our needs. When we flew in to town to look at property we were met and shown property that we had pre-​selected and prioritized. By the end of that first day we had narrowed our choices down, made an offer the next morning and had an accepted deal by mid-​afternoon. The personal attention to detail followed us right through to the close. Sharmy was an invaluable source of knowledge of the local market and resources. We could have never closed an entire transaction in four weeks without the help of Van Poole Properties and we are forever grateful for their professionalism and wonderful hospitality and friendship. They made the process flawless and we can’t recommend them enough!

My husband and I selected Van Poole Properties to represent us, real estate agent wise, as we searched for and selected a home to purchase.
We were teamed up with Meleese Styles, and from the get-go…I knew we were in the right hands. She was extremely communicative, understood our needs, and always went out of her way to make sure we knew what was happening and what it meant.
The home we purchased needed foundation repair prior to the closing, and she was all over the documentation we needed — following up with the foundation company, listing agent, plumbers, etc. She put in a TON of leg work. She advised us well when it came to contract and negotiations, and was fantastic at putting us at ease when things got bumpy. (which was so brief, I barely remember it)
Aside from the general awesomeness of all that, the Van Poole team is one of the most amazing teams. The transaction manager, Kristen, was also right on the money with keeping everything on track… making everything so stress free.
I would think it incredibly difficult to meet anyone on their team and not be impressed by their professionalism, warmth and market knowledge.

Service doesn’t get any better than this. My husband got a very abrupt promotion which requires us to relocate from Scottsdale, Az. to Dallas, Tx. on very short notice. Seychelle Van Poole was quick, efficient, take charge, thorough, knowledgable, charming and beautiful, I might add. She is also very down to earth and fun to be with. She found us the perfect home in one day, we made an offer and we are in escrow. She is also handling getting us bids for landscaping, pool installation and fireplace renovation so we can get those things started the day we close escrow. Our expectations were utterly exceeded.
