Wow, wow, wow. Last night ReMARKable Affairs Dallas Catering served dinner for four at my home. The food was impeccable but even more impressive was the service. Everything and I do mean EVERYTHING was taken care of by Ross (our chef). Ross was absolutely delightful and completely exceeded my expectations. My friends were so impressed and our night was absolutely fabulous because of him. Thank you so much Mark and Ross. I can’t wait to have you out again!

I hired Remarkable Affairs for a private event and just started using their personal chef service. The food and service level is amazing and I would highly recommend to anyone needing to cater an upcoming event or trying the other services they offer. They even deliver high quality meats to your door!
