This is very much a local bar and grill. The food was very good. We were there for lunch with and I had Lemon Pepper wings(very yummy) and Heidi had a Quesadilla which she was was good, it’s typical bar food nothing spectacular but good and hot food. The bartender, Gwen was very nice and kept the drinks full. She was very personable and good to talk with. This place is very close to home so we have eaten there several times with and without the family in tow. Every time we have been here the food has been very good. There is no drink menu but I would not expect one in a place like this. I do however expect that they would take care of the furniture, chairs, tables, etc. which it appears they have not. There is seating outdoors but I rarely have seen a server during lunch and only one during supper hours. It’s a great place to watch a game and just ask the bartender and I’m sure they’ll turn it up for you.

Decent food but no drink menu and extremely slow service. I met two friends here on a Friday night around 6:30, the place was busy not completely packed. I showed up after my friends, they warned me right away service was slow. It took our waitress forever to come help me. I asked for a drink menu, she said they didn’t have one. A bar and grill with no drink menu, okay… So I ordered a beer that was on tap and an appetizer… It took 12 minutes for her to bring back one beer, and she told us when we asked that she hadn’t put in our appetizer order yet. 12 minutes later hadn’t even given it to the kitchen!!! I’ve been to places where you get the appetizer brought out to you within 12 minutes. At this point we debated even staying, but decided since we were there to just order food as well. Two of us ordered salads and one ordered wings. Took more than half hour for it come out. The waitress brought out the wrong wings, chipotle instead of buffalo, the waitress was very unapologetic when she took it back. The food was pretty good but not great. At this point we were all over it, took over an hour between walking in and finally getting our food and one of the orders was wrong so that took another 10 minutes. The place had a pretty good set up with a lot of TV’s for watching sports, just the horrible inattentive and slow service ruined the experience for us, especially when the food was just okay.

We go here to watch out football game. Nice energy and place to meet other fans. Food is good compared to other bars we have watched games at. Service is great!

Typical neighborhood bar in a strip mall. It has lots of TV screens, and they try to accommodate everyone which is why we like them. The food is average. The wait staff friendly, but a little slow sometimes.(Due probably to a shortage of employees.) Bar staff is attentive. Offerings are pretty standard. What does stand out is their ladies room. It’s very clean, nice and wheelchair accessible!

Good beer selection and better than average food. Service is horrible. Only 1 bartender at all times! Even during a Cowboys game. The place was packed with only a single bartender. Awful service. A single bartender simply cannot provide good service to a packed bar.

I usually like hanging out here. The food is pretty good for a bar down the street. The live stage is a little over the top and all the spinning lights give me a headache. If I wanted live music I would go dallas. I miss my quiet hole in the wall where I can get good food till 2 am!

This is actually a pretty good neighborhood sports bar. They have flat screens everywhere and plenty of seating. I’ve been here a couple times and all the bartenders and servers seem friendly. They have a good selection of drinks, all at a reasonable price. They also have a good selection of food– your typical bar fare of nachos, wings, burgers, and pizza. All of which is apparently made from scratch; except the mozzarella sticks.

Drink specials on Tuesday are awesome. Karaōke there with Belch. He has a solid following and a real character. It starts a little late for me but I’m old, lol, and 10 really isn’t late. Waitstaff is very attentive. Kitchen always open I believe. I also want to add he is SC licensed. A big plus in supporting legit karaōke hosts!

Really really really bad. Awful. Terrible service. Probably the worst sports bar I’ve ever been to. Change the entire staff and management ASAP. If you end up there… I’m so sorry

I will be going to the Franchise tonight for Karaōke. I try to make it to the Franchise at least once a week. My favorite night is Tuesday when there are drink specials and Karaōke, but I stop in for the fun of it at any random time. On special occasions they might decorate or even have special drinks. I have never stopped in at any time when the kitchen wasn’t open, even late. Five stars for a great local sports bar.

This place is awful. I walked in having a stressful evening and the look on my face must have given that away. The bartender wouldn’t serve me a water because I looked«angry» and she«didn’t want to deal with that.» She screamed at me to «GETOUT» when I asked to speak with a manager. I gladly left and will never return.

Solid 3 ½ What can I say? Consistently friendly bartenders have made this the place for Sunday football for the hubs. The speaker system is genius and allows everyone to both watch and listen to whatever game they choose regardless of where they sit. Food selections, although tasty, are a bit boring. We’ve been once in the evening and karaōke fans packed the place. Football patrons here are friendly but passionate so be prepared!

I really liked this place. We went to watch a college football game. There were TVs everywhere and as soon as we walked in they saw our shirts and started looking for our game. We sat at the bar and once they had our game on, brought us a speaker so we could hear our game… coolness! The guy behind the bar was really attentive, the beer was cold and the wings were good. The crowd was a little lite but lively — lots of cheering and such. A fun crowd. Not sure why there weren’t more people at this place but it’s huge so it would take a lot to fill it up. We will be back! Nice set up.

This is very weird place. Seem the be a front for some thing else. I arrived after work to case the place. I saw on the Louisville alumni site that this was a good place to watch their bball games. After sitting for over five minutes, I left. No one approached me to take an order or anything. I went back a few hours later, thinking maybe it was a shift change behind the poor experience. We did get service after several minutes, ordered these stuffed jalapeños that were awful. We tried to eat it, paid for the food and just left the place immediately. Strange vibe in this place, you will have to go to understand.

We came here one weekend for a friend’s birthday. It was fun watching the people singing karaōke. The service was good. The waitress was attentive, friendly and professional. We only ordered fries to eat and they were fine, they came out fresh. The drinks were fine too. From what I saw the beer came in a huge mug. I was especially pleased with the fact that the restrooms were super clean and well stocked even at the end of the night!

I’ve been coming here every other weekend. It’s a really nice bar to watch games. Lots of tv’s and every table has good view of it. Beers/drinks are priced well and the food is pretty good. I’ve never had a bad experience except for one. Well, it was really not that bad but the first time we ordered pizza the dough is a bit undercooked. It was soggy but the flavor of the sauce and the toppings we ordered was really good that’s why we didn’t really complain about it. The next time we came in, we ordered the same thing and we just went ahead and said it that we want our pizza«well done» it came out perfect! The crust/dough is crispy and the toppings were really good! Since I’ve been coming here a lot now. I had the chance to try other items in the menu, like quesadilla, stuffed jalapeño, cheeseburger and mozzarella sticks. They were all fresh tasting and nothing to complain about. If you ask how you really want your food(well done, sauce on the side, etc.) they will be happy to oblige. I’ve noticed too that they have bands usually on Fridays now.

Not a bad place really. Usually I expect sports bars to be somewhat divey. and that’s totally fine. It’s the nature of the beast. This place is extremely clean, and well taken care of. The furniture looks brand new. I love that they have free Texas Hold Em for free! Nice that they’ll teach people how to play just for fun. That’s a really nice way to draw a following. The owner actually walked around talking to customers and was really cool. The menu is really huge for a sports bar.3 pages. I couldn’t make up my mind because everything looked so good. I had chips and queso to start with. and I liked the cheese, but it could’ve used a little more zip to it. For a $ 1 you can add different things to it though. I had the fish and tots, and it was really good. It was a ton of food for $ 10. They have a large selection for all your beverage needs as well! We’d gone here to watch the Cowboy game(they won!!) and there’s TV’s everywhere around the ceiling. There’s not an inch of space surrounding the place that doesn’t have a TV. as well as a bunch in the middle as well. Every game is on on gameday, so I could see my Niners win too! Service was a little hit and miss, but that’s only because the waitress was new and a little out of her element during a rush. Hence only docking one star. I will definatly go back here next time I wanna watch the game!
