I love this place! Not only is it a haven for food geeks like me, given that you can find just about everything here from exotic ingredients to gadgets you didn’t know you couldn’t live without, but the staff is terrific.
Stopped in here to have my treasured Global knife sharpened. I use that thing every day, and hate to be without it. If you’ve never used a Global, I advise getting one, and getting it here!
The guy who sharpens knives was a sweetheart: he took it decided to get the work done right then and there. As he gently drew the blade back and forth over the honing stone, at just the right angle (if you get a chance to watch sometime, do it. It’s mezmerizing), he answered all my questions about how to keep it sharp. What kinds of cutting surfaces to avoid, and so on.
Of course, I had to browse, and in the 15 minutes or so he spent with my knife, I found lots of stuff I just had to have, like the doodad that you can use to prop open your ziplock bags so you can fill it with liquid whatever and not make a mess. Now THAT is a genius tool.

I just love this place. Always a cooking adventure to enter this store and today did not disappoint. Very good selection of products and colors and then there are those unique treasures that you find hidden around the store .
Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and I have to say honest. If they didn’t know how a product worked they said so. I appreciate that.

Employees are helpful and nice. Store could use a little organization. Some stuff can be marked down and at a good price. However, one time I came in there was no A/​C and it was actually hot outside, so I was sweating inside due to no air or wind coming through. Maybe they’re trying to save a little money, ok, but it’s just kind of strange to me.

Best store everrrrr! The people are always so flippin’ friendly AND they don’t bother you while you shop. It’s a great way to and place to shop or even browse through after work. Love the clearance sales too! :)

Staff here are very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a kitchen related item, you’ll fine it here. Things can get very pricey but they also carry tip of the line items. I’ve bought items which were just a few dollars all the way up to several hundred dollar Breville toaster oven. They also carry great bar-​related item perfect to trip our your home bar.

These folks could seriously not be any more friendly. The store associates (thankfully) left me alone as I browsed the selections, and when I checked out I had the nicest conversation with the cashier. In fact, he and I would totally be friends if we weren’t complete strangers. I just know it.
Turns out we have a common acquaintance so we chatted about her business, and he even recommended a few other gift ideas when I told him why I was buying 13 mini spreaders. Who would have thought to pair a wooden spoon with a bottle of olive oil as a gift? Genius!
I love this location and hope I’m brought back here again soon.

Anyone who loves to cook will love this store. This is the greatest toy store for the professional or at home cook. The selection of kitchen tools is amazing, which is really the only reason why I shop here, and I’m still in there for way too long.
This location seems to have the same selection as the Knox location. The staff doesn’t seem as knowledgeable as the other location but nonetheless still helpful. The one thing that this store does not have are cooking classes as compared to Knox.
I would go for the 5 stars here but the prices can be pretty unreasonable, but alot of the times they are the only store that carries what you are looking for. They always seem to be rotating their inventory with the seasons, there is always something new.
