I come to this place about twice a week. Service is good and beverage is standard Starbucks. The missing star is for the place to be really cramped. There are not enough seats inside and on a cold Texas day, it is impossible to sit outside.

Very friendly staff and lightening speed service! The staff looks like they actually like working and working with each other which is a huge boost to the ambience and experience of Starbucks.

Slowest Starbucks in DFW(maybe). There are times we don’t stop here just because it takes so much longer than other stores. Quality is great, and people are very nice, but would love to see some speed!

Small and cozy Leslie the manager makes it a point to know all her customers by name and drink. She trains her staff to do the same. Liz one of the long time barista is a wonderful example of exceptional customer oriented service. I have been coming to this location for over years and always feel like I am at home and notice the difference in service level when I visit other Starbucks. Although there has been an enormous amount of turnover this year my drinks and the service has remained high quality. Couldn’t wait for school to start back so I could spend more time hanging out. Come check it out you won’t be disappointed.

While it takes a special need to get me out of the car for a Starbucks(i.e. being sleep and caffeine deprived on the way to work) this place makes it worth it and I’ve now stopped here a few times. The staff is super friendly, they’re very fast, and they’ve never messed up an order. Also! With the new order ahead function I can order my coffee at a stop light and swing in here and be in and out in seconds, all with a big smile from people behind the counter! Totally worth the stop, and even in rush hour it’s not too hard to get out of here because of the timing of the Legacy/Coit light.

Not a starbucks regular but dropped by a few times this month. No issues with service or product but seating area and tables are never clean. «Good enough clean» is probably a term used by staff. Interior looks tired and worn and not in a comfy or casual way. Seats are hard and couches gone. Booth seats are low or tables high, its a bad combination, so you look like an idiot if you type on laptop. Not sure why its popular except nobody else steps up to compete. Oh right, the addiction thing. There are a few tea places nearby that do well. Would be nice to have coffee shop in area, instead of whatever this is. that sums it up for me.

Great coffee, and always friendly baristas. These people know my drink before I order… Every time. New folks are trained quickly too!

The atmosphere is ‘cozy’, like a sardine can, so don’t try to stay. And if you aren’t getting your fill of snotty teens rolling their eyes and dismissing your wishes at home, the new staff members can more than make up for it here in a matter of seconds, while you wait, and wait, and wait for them to figure out how to ring up your order and process your payment. Delightful.

I have been going to this starbucks for around 7 years. The staff here are long term, and wonderful. They remember when I came in with my now 9 year old and he would ask for his«coffee»(kids hot chocolate) and later one with my now 4 year old. There is no drive through at this location, but it is always easy to find a parking space.

Brian is the king here. Ask him to make a Korean Coffee like he makes for Brian K. It’s nicknamed a Chung Weezie. Give it’s go!

I have a barista friend who’s picking up a few shifts here, so I decided to pay her a visit. This location is small and has no drive-thru, but it has a decent amount of comfy seating inside and even some outside. I’d call it «cozy», and you definitely don’t want to bring the cycling club here; it’s more of a place for a couple. As for the product, well, I think you get what your barista makes. :) My venti iced coffee was as good as ever.
