SpringHill Suites Dallas Plano/Frisco

I have been staying in Springhill Suites since finding them in the Woodlands in Conroe, TX. The hotels are extremely clean, design is more contemporary and the value is excellent. However, beyond that and most important, the staff in this brand of Marriott hotels is outstanding. Polite, friendly, accommodating, always smiling and going above and beyond.
The Plano, Texas hotel has become the greatest find with the addition of their bar/​bistro not found in most Springhill Suites. The chef has developed an excellent menu and the food is amazing. As a frequent traveler I appreciate great food, especially when I can find it conveniently in my hotel.
So thank you Springhill Suites for making traveling enjoyable… and to Springhill Suites, Plano. whatever it takes, don’t ever loose your excellent and talented chef!!!
I’ll be staying with you every 3 to 4 weeks!

Decided to do a mini trip over Christmas to visit six flags one more time in the winter and use our Marriott points. We could’ve stayed at the Lewisville location again since we liked it a lot but decided to try a new place where we haven’t stayed before and even though it was a bit out of the way, we wanted to see this part of town :)
This Springhill was nice, new and was just as comfortable. The room is modern and nice but upon inspection everything is just a bit off. If you have a critical eye on construction like my husband does you can tell they did a rush job in building this hotel. The sliding doors didn’t close all the way, tv a bit off, thermostat a bit off, mirrors, lighting etc. But none of that deters from the comfort and modern feel of the place. We did like how the shower is separated from the toilet area. That helps with bigger families. The beds were comfortable. We actually had a couple of sick ones this time so it mattered how comfortable the place was.
Breakfast was fine and delicious as usual. Really liked the calming pond in the back of the hotel you can walk across the bridge and stare down at or sit out back in they r lounge chairs and stare off.
Overall nice remote comfort place. Wouldn’t mind staying here again with points if we were here again.

Great overall hotel for kids & or business. The Springhill Suites was built in 2014 so everything is new. The indoor pool & spa provided a nice escape from the Texas sun. The free breakfast included normal hotel staples like eggs, cereals, breads, waffle machine and a juice machine.
The double queen suite was perfect for two adults and two small children. The room included two separate small rooms for the shower and half bathroom. The divider in the room was glass and living space had a small couch with 32 inch HD television.

This hotel is really nice! They have an indoor swimming pool, work out area with tread mills and eliptical machines. There is also a mini restaurant and bar in the lobby so you don’t have to go drinking and driving. That’s a plus! The rooms are very modern looking which I really liked during my stay here. They have a closet, microwave, TV, mini living room, mini fridge, and nice comfortable beds to sleep on. There travel shampoos and conditioners are the Paul Mitchell brand. They also have iron and ironing board in the closet. The thermostat is all digital controlled. The key pass card you just place over the the RFID reader in the door.
Customer service here was really awesome and friendly. The staff was very welcoming and informative in letting me know where everything was and the times they were available and open.
There are a lot shopping centers near by and the Allen outlet mall isn’t too far of a drive from here. There some nice local pubs close by here. My supervisor and I came here for a conference with Cisco and he always likes to stay at a Marriott. I can’t blame him for it. Everytime we have traveled it has been a pleasant stay everytime at the Marriott. They have free breakfast here in the mornings too. The breakfast here was like an all you can eat buffett. Everything you could think of for breakfast was available. I am definitely staying here next time I am in town for a conference!
