I would not recommend based on my experience. The sales person ordered a part told me one price and charged me an amount, after replacing the part he shows me retail price on website and asked me to pay more, more than what Honda dealer quoted me and not completing the camera adjustment. I have to go back to Honda dealer again to fix it.

Was hit at a red light, had to have rear bumper and reinforcement replaced. Great communication, repairs looked great. Would definitely recommend this location.

I’ve used this Service King location a few times. While no one is happy to need work done on their car as a result of an accident — I am always glad to give my (and insurance companies’) business to this Service King. The customer service is excellent, as is the work they do on the vehicles. I highly recommend this business and will use it whenever my car needs work.

I called to see if my car was towed to this Service King and Heather was a ROCK STAR. She went out of her way to help me locate my car at another location and make phone calls she didn’t have to make to help me! She is great at Customer Service and I will bring my car to Service King Southwest Plano any time it needs repairs!

Don’t take the car to this place for dent removal or other minor jobs: they will want hundreds of dollars for even the smallest cosmetic issue. My car had a small crease on a side panel and they asked me $ 773 to repair it because they wanted to repaint the panel, and I had to leave the car there for four days. I took the car to a nearby PDR shop and they fixed the crease to a perfection while I waited for less than $ 100.

I went here to get my bumper on my Scion TC repaired. The experience was shockingly incredible… My insurance company paired with these guy’s made everything run so smoothly. They told me it would take 3 days and guess what… it did! In and out was a breeze… took about 15 min for me to drop car off and 15 to pick it up… they also cleaned it up inside and out (I wasnt expecting that)…did a great job on the repair!

This was crap. It wasn’t even my car, but his experience pissed me off so much I had to write a complaint. It was taken in for hail damage and when it came back: the bumper was crooked, the ceiling lining was torn (it looked like they just stitched it back horribly like no one would notice), the lining inside wasn’t even stuffed back in correctly (lazy half ass job), BROKE a clip on the brand new grill, and scuffed it. When it was taken back to be fixed they inconvenienced him and told him the guy fixing it was on vacation and he had to bring it back next week. OK, Not just ONE guy fixed this car. That was crap. THEN they denied that they removed the grill, which is SUCH A LIE! There is no way they fixed/​replaced the bumper crooked without taking off the grill. Believe me, I will let EVERYONE know not to go to Service King. Especially the one in Plano.
One star is over the top for them.
