My wife and I purchased an LG refrigerator, LG washer and LG dryer during our visit to this store. The store manager, Micheal Schetat, helped us and was extremely knowledgeable about each appliance and he worked very hard to get us the best pricing available from Sears. We previously visited Best Buy before going to Sears and were very disappointed in their selection and lack of professionalism on the part of the sales staff. Sears also gave us excellent delivery options. Great shopping experience.

Really surprised there aren’t more positive reviews on here. I had a fantastic experience both times I visited the store. ended up buying refrigerator, washer and dryer from here. Will and Michael were both incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They price match online and local competitors so it was easy for us to get the best price without shopping everywhere else. They spent a lot of time understanding exactly what our needs were and narrowing down our options, instead of trying to just sell us the most expensive model, which I really appreciated. would definitely recommend and purchase again.
